Corporate Court Members

CORPORATE COURT MEMBERS

Members of the Corporate Court are often graded on a letter system, The Big Ten - a colloquialism in common usage, are rated as AAA Prime Megacorporations, with the seven founding corporations among them owning a permanent seat on the Advisory Council. At any time, a Corporation may petition the Advisory Committee for a change in their Corporation’s designation - provided that they are capable of showing marked growth and meet the requirements that come with an increase in their rating; and vice versa when it comes to a potential decrease of their standing rating.

  • AAA Megacorporations, are the largest and most important Corporations. They enjoy Extraterritorial status as afforded by the Corporate Court. They are given the opportunity to maintain a representative on the Advisory Committee in recognition of their importance (though this is often only discussed prior to an election). Often they are immune from domestic laws, responsible only to themselves, and regulated only by the Corporate Court. AAA Megacorporations are expected to be stable and show a multinational presence across multiple star systems and galactic sectors - while also be diversified enough in several industries to be considered a "Prime" Megacorporation.

  • AA Megacorporations, as classified by the Corporate Court, are often Interplanetary in scope and maintain a level of extraterritorial status. They are stable, show a strong multinational presence, and steady growth. In most cases, those Corporations with AA status maintain a presence in multiple star systems or even span an entire Sector of the Galaxy - though have not yet become widespread among its standing territory.

  • A Megacorporations, or Third Tier corporations as classified by the Corporate Court are often the smallest corporations. They are usually present in two or three systems and usually specialize in no more than one or two industries. They are also infrequently called Multinationals and lack the extraterritorial status afforded larger Megacorporations.

  • National Corporations, are any Corporation that does not meet the above criteria as established by the Corporate Court. More often than not, they are Corporations that are limited to a singular planet or system, and run the gambit between small Mom & Pop Corner Stores, to Corporate Conglomerates that span the whole of a singular system.

If you have a Corporation that you would like to add to the Members list, please post the following below and they'll be added as soon as possible by a staff member.
