- Description: A library with no books. It's modern relay system & digital knowledge requires only a datapad & access provided by the Council. Students of all Concordia's military academies are given full access to the library contents which the cadets can read from the comfort of their room.
POINTS OF INTEREST
- No Physical Books: There are no physical books in the library. When someone wants to read a book, they are handed a Concordia-issued datapad with direct access to information based on the reader's rank in the Concordia.
- Excessively Large Storage: The library is a dome spread across an area of 5 sq. km. It has 2 million datatapes with information worth 1 quadrillion exanodes.
- RTC Service: Relay To Concordia (RTC) service was an initiative by the SJC Council to stream all the contents of the library to the entirety of Concordia for anyone with a suitable datapad to view information based on their credentials.
- Free Access: The cadets of all the 3 military academies of the Concordia (Silver Star, Silver Fields, Silver Sky), get full free access to the library's content from an academy issued datapad.

- Hoplite-Series Synthetic Soldiers: Guards every access until authorization cleared.
- Tier 2:
- YVH-2 Droids: [100 Droids] Keeps on rechecking every credentials & their authenticity as the data are accessed.
- Tier 3:
- Legionnaire Battle Droid: [2 Divisions - 10,000 Each] Protects the Library in case of any direct threat.
- Pimento Point-Defence Droid: [100 Droids] 1 Droid for each reader who physically comes to the library. Follows the reader wherever they go.
- Alert System: In case of any authorized access, all current access are shutdown & all Tier 4 units are set to focus on the breach.

- Mirage Espionage Droid: [50 Droids] Keeps tab on WHERE the data are being relayed through the RTC system.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After the Concordia was formed, the Council's first major obstacle was to promote nationalism within the people within their borders. As they realized that it was not at all needed due to the public immediately accepting their leadership, new & fresh talents started flooding into the forward offices to serve in various public & armed organizations of the SJC. From here came the challenge of finding different academies to train these talents. But talent dies without constant nourishment of wisdom & knowledge.
The SJC Council thus came up with the idea of a single vast library for all it’s talents – the Concordia Central “Silver Mine” Library. A dome of 5 square kilometres area, it contains 2 million datatypes with a total data content of 1 quadrillion exanodes, whose access is provided on demand based on credential authorization to access the needed information & to all the 3 SDF officer academies.
