Description:
Originally Zaiden was inspired by his father's Recon Armor. Immediately he began to make an armor shop, believing it to be a powerful way to honor his adopted father. So he opened a shop on one of his favorite planets, Tatooine.

Initially making a few specialized armors, he made his money back quickly. But that wasn't what made him continue. He continued in honor for his father whom he spent most of his life hating.

The next step came (technically will come soon) when he recieved his inheritance from his real father, the family found not long ago. He spent a vast portion of this money on making two new plants one on both Coruscant, and Korriban. This officially tripled his income. Making a great deal of cash, Zaiden was able to take a portion and set it aside for charities.

He soon moved to making any brand, design, or faction of armor. Then again he moved on further to weapons as well.

James Armor Co specializes in unique items. They make Lightcycle's, Lighttanks, Recon Armor, Force Lightning channelling armor. They also made newer weapons including Lightdisks, which are similar to chakram save using Lightsaber crystals to make energized blade edges around them. As well as several other unique weapons.

The reason his tools are so loved across the galaxies is the improved Ion Lithium power cells, they are extremely durable as well as last a superb amount of time. The lithium cells also for a great deal of the items glow, but this can be removed.

Rationale: Bellalika has always been industrious but now as she is finding her memory gaps becoming more and more frequent and a need to settle down an help out her friend the commander. She has taken an office and set up shop on the CIS world to begin doing what needs to be done to help out. Money and power will help the CIS

Description: Praestigiae Shop is a brain child of Bellalika's she has gotten tired of merely selling her designs for gear and her skills. She wants to make the real money and not only get a portion. So after the CIS took Kamino she made her move getting as much as she could to buy a slightly damaged storage area, the parts to repair it and rent an office above but still in the bottom of the city. She doesn't even know if they actually put her name on a list for location but has spent time working on it. Her few weapons are there and overseeing her office is one of the slaves she rescued on Ryloth. The Kaminoens take 65% of what she makes on the sale of cloned organs and extra bits for the use of some of their facility then take 85% off the top for designer slaves. Made to be slightly simple minded and serve their masters who is flashed with whatever skills needed into their memories. The remaining 15% gets divided up with 10 going to the CIS and 5 to Bellalika to fund her still a good amount of credits i the end. As it has gotten larger it has developed departments for its industries and taken up a few more things.

The further need to expand has caused Bellalika to call in several people she has met along her travels. Trusted friends who could do their job and help the cause. She has expanded the scope to stuff the CIS doesn't normally need but can still provide a service. She has been working to make it more useful compared to the ones who seem to get all the business of the CIS. She would never really act but better to have her own business then wait for scraps to come her way. She didn't make it to step on toes just to carve out her place in the faction she came to help out in. The CIS's plans for Kamino while interesting are cliched to the point Bellalika took the position she is in for one reason to not allow constant clone armies to be created and keep things away from those who might abuse it. Her mentality of protecting and having honor carries over as the buyers of even the slaves have to be somewhat respectable and aren't going to just kill the clone. She has vowed to never make an army. All proceeds and sales send a percentage tot he Galactic Child's for War Orphans Charity

Departments:

• Small arms weapons: Selling small arms that can be mass produced and are cheap. the CIS takes a large cut of the profits but it also employs the technology sold. The Department is headed up by Juudi La Fey

• Designs(armor, ship, heavy weapons): A departmental think tank Bellalika got together to come up with new ideas thy could build and sell off for a profit. Most of what comes out is useful but they either lack the resources to mass produce it or it isn't worth the cost to them. So it is sold/traded to other members of the CIS or to the highest bidder. The Department is headed up by Serci La Rouge
• Cloned organs/parts: Done for the Black Market and sold at a steep price the Kaminoians take a large cut but proceeds go to the CIS and then to Bellalika. The position she took upon herself to keep it out of unsavory hands. Department is headed up by Nathan Addams
• Custom high end clone slaves made and trained to order: Single grown made to order clone slaves. Their appearance and flash training are designed custom for the buyers needs and every aspect of them can be chosen. From hair, gender, eyes, species. Slaves are sold after making sure everything is to exact specifications and the buyers liking with Kamino taking a percent then the CIS and Ballalika. Clones are grown in single tubes and take one to three months to properly grow and train. This is not for military purposes although there is no denying that the credits from sale will be used to fund the CIS war machine. Department headed up by Doctor Gangreen
• Small scale field equipment: Headset and packs with everything in between that might be needed for the CIS agents in the field. Light in weight and sometimes easily broken but reliable and multipurpose in design. Department is headed up by Kesha Saladin.
• Clothing Department: A personal favorite of Bellalika's and made to supply uniforms and civilian clothing. Also sold to people in shops and outside the CIS. Deaprtment is headed up by Akasha de Mon
• Research and development:
• Pistols: Slugthrowers, shatter gun, caustic and blaster tech researched and either built or sold off to the highest bidder
• Rifles: Slugthrowers, shatter gun, caustic and blaster tech researched and either built or sold off to the highest bidder
• Blades: Vibro, plasma and poison edged whatever can be made to try and improve the basic weapons.
• Armor design: Light, medium and heavy armor designs and research to better suit the CIS
• Ship design: From fighter to warship and capital ships. Whatever they can think off and make work.
• Field equipment: Camo cloaks, cigar holders, ammo packs and medical bags
• Utility tools: Headsets, wrist pads and hacking tools, most of what is made is for agents within the CIS and officers to organize and be better prepared.
• Holographic Interactive Program: Or HIP is being designed for person use on computers and ship systems. Further technology is to make a tool for the wrist but in heavy development.
• Stealth technology: Department that sits on their butts all day cause the best source for stealth tech is limited and rare. Always looking but not much else they can do.

Rationale: After leaving the Republic, Judah wandered around the galaxy in his ship, taking odd jobs to make enough credits to survive. After a run in and botched job with Mikhail Shorn, he was left with a sour taste in his mouth, yet still had continue on the odd-jobs path. It was not until an auction held by one Circe Savan did it strike Judah. Why not salvage? It was something he could do on his own and it was clear people would be willing to pay for clean and shiny even if it was older. Meeting with a representative from Arceneau Trade, Judah bought schematics in addition to going on a mutual salvage run with the representative.

With expansion of the automaton manufacturing and salvage, diversification was on the radar. With the idea of salvaging underneath the ocean in mind, the undersea mining undertaken also came into play. Seeing an opportunity to do something no other company was attempting, Salacia threw themselves into the fray at three different locations, producing common and semi-common minerals needed for many components of starships and automatons.

Description:

Salacia Consolidated brings three very different companies under one umbrella ; Kesh-Rimma Droidworks & Salvage, Sedna Mining Corporation and the recently acquired Ariko Shipworks.

In the droid and salvage business, Salacia focuses on three main categories : refurbishment, manufacturing and small technology salvage. Manufacturing has been most successful in this venture, with droids being commissioned by Silk Holdings to use in their various systems. Refurbishment remains on a small client scale, with most seeking the rare or exotic droid for their own personal collection.

Mining and mineral refinement is confined strictly to ocean worlds.Considered a subsidiary of Salacia, Sedna Mining Corporation can harvest a vast untapped resource of minerals and ores, once out of reach or too costly. Different than traditional methods, Sedna uses undersea mining facilities and refinement centers near the sites. Unlike the droid and salvage side of Salacia, the mining operations are handled by a Mon Calamarian and Quarren staff, utilizing their aquatic knowledge to circumvent many issues that could arise.

With the addition of a shipyard, Salacia looks to manufacture small scale vessels for both internal and proprietary use for various other galactic companies. The shipyard remains small in scale, as the business is not currently vital to Salacia's vision.

Rationale: Kad Kando's father used to own a small smith and shop. When his father retired, he took ownership of the business and expanded it for exportation of their products

Description: Myhosaur Arms and Customs is a larger business with the feeling of a mom and pop shop. The people behind the desk are happy and and helpful. The smiths and weaponmakers are always there for input. The business is very popular in Keldabe because of this. However, word of the weapons and armor that come from Mythosaur's doors spread from Keldabe to other mercenary groups and sometimes even spec ops groups in the Outer Rim. Kad Kando is technically the CEO of the company but you will see him all over the building helping customers and fixing armor and weapons. Their weapons are top notch, and the armor is better. They also do some custom jobs, and MandalMotors have been known to go to the MCA to spearhead prototype weapon designs. These jobs only go to the best smiths on the team and of course, Kad Kando.

Rationale: Gilamar Skirata had been a long time employee of MandalMotors, working for several decades at the Shipright post Gulag Plague. During his absence however, the war with the Sith created a need for a near direct control of the company by the Manda’lor. After the Liberator “retired” Gilamar Skirata took the reigns as senior employee as well as primary share holder of the company. Since then he has improved the company by leaps and bounds through the help of allies and friends.

Description: Originally founded by Gustav Zenlav before the battle of Yavin, the company created numerous star ships. During the Clone wars control was seized by the Mandalore the Resurrector and has since been passed down the line of successors in order to ensure that the profits made by the productions can be used to develop and better the Mandalorian community.

Previously, a largely neutral company, MandalMotors is the driving force behind the economy of Mandalore, and sold its many products to any interested party willing to pay the necessary credits. The company was more or less allowed to run independently of the Mand’alor during the Gulag Plague, keeping many of its assets. During the Rebuilder’s rule the company saw a small amount of growth before landing in the hands of Mia Monroe who in turn passed it on to Gilamar Skirata, primary share holder and senior member on the board of directors.

Through a series of deals and various construction works, MandalMotors slowly grew into a force to be reckoned with, expanding its reach and influence throughout Mandalorian space, setting up factories on various worlds. Recently the company has grown large enough to fund and absorb other smaller companies such as the wildly successful Daw Motors and the Mandalorian native company Mythosaur Customs and Arms. With its large and incredibly modular home shipyard along with the ability to use the shipyards of Yaga Minor, MandalMotors has plans to continue its progress, taking the galaxy by storm.

Tier IV to Tier V

• Complete five miscellaneous threads.
• Successfully complete a project of sizable proportions.
• Obtain the sponsorship of a major faction.
  Sponsorship is essentially when a sufficiently large major faction decides to back your company's endeavors specifically. This can either be by them giving you a large, direct annual subsidy, signing a long-term contract, and other things that would tie the government of that faction and your company close together.

Also a company must complete ALL objectives? People don't like using other Faction specific companies, especially when they already have one+ of their own and baring the miscellaneous threads until I get confirmation on what that means, I've completed all of these but the sign a contract with two more major factions.

- The company still needs a friendly office location to take customers, which is now what Corellia is.
- 244Core provides a base in Fringe space for testing and acquiring of subjects, and the ability to work with Rave Merrill closely.
