Company Changes 'n Whatnoot

So, I've been doing that thinking thing as of recently. I'd like to see what the rest of the Factory Judge Cabal thinks of these things that've popped into my brain.

  1. A set amount of time before advancing from one Tier to the next.
  2. As Popo suggested, a rule mandating that what gets done during expansion to one tier can't be used for expansion into the next. Only I want it to be hard rule.
  3. Set rules for getting knocked down in tier. So the corporate saboteurs in the audience know exactly what to do to mess with their competition. Finished. Click here for details.
  4. Set guidelines for ship lengths each tier of company can produce. It's generally accepted that a Tier II shouldn't be mass producing star destroyers, but at this point some hard numbers might be appreciated.
