  • Nexus Alignment: Light
  • Location: Takodana
  • Affiliation: Jadeite
  • Size: Medium
  • Strength: Strong

  • Description: A mysterious vergence that was created from the battle between the jedi and the sith, the catacombs of the columbarium have only added to it as the remains of tens of thousands of jedi from generations upon generations have been gathered there. What residual energies they have collectively adding and increasing the power of the vergence until it became felt through each of the tunnels and down in the tombs.
NEXUS EFFECTS
A heavy pressure and burden on the shoulders and chest of non lightsiders. It is meant to be almost oppressive and make those who come understand the weight of what happened there.

POINTS OF INTEREST
Jedi Columbarium: Where the vergence is housed, the catacombs are filled with tens of thousands of jedi ashes and in the deepest levels there are tombs to some of the first jedi.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The vergence in the force was created at least in the early stages by the battle between the jedi and sith on the world. It left a scar that was filled when the jedi built upon it the catacombs and expanded the lake while digging deeper. In honoring the dead with a communal tomb where their ashes could be brought as a lasting memory to them. Not all jedi can have statues after all and not all of them become one with the force joining it. The prime jedi's students brought a few things and reporting it back to the first jedi at his temple the location was recorded. By the time the Jadeite found it though the sensation of oppression from the lightside was strong. It takes a strong force of will to resist if you are not a servant of the lightside. The Jadeite who have been sent to study it after Matsu, Zak Dymo and Domino Domino entered have tried to map the tunnels and chambers but there was a lot going into the construction.

Howdy! This submission seems to fit the needs of the Jedi Columbarium submission. I would only ask that either tag or link the character sheets of the individuals that you mentioned by name in the History. I would also suggest that you elaborate a little more on the "Jedi vs Sith" war you're referring to. Even though it's part of another submission the details should allow it to stand on its own. As it is - It's a little bare-bones.

Tag me when you're ready for me to look it over again.

Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist
Srina Talon Srina Talon tagged zak and domino but for the battle there really is not much. the book just mentions it

Takodana
Thousands of years prior to the conflict between the First Order and the Resistance, a battle between the Jedi and Sith occurred on the planet. Maz Kanata's castle would eventually be built over the ancient battleground.

Takodana Castle
Takodana Castle was once occupied by the Jedi and its catacombs contained tombs of Jedi Knights. It was rumored to have been a battleground for the Jedi and Sith.

That is largely the most detail of it as even in force collector it mostly serves to explain the catacombs below the castle.
