New subforum "Codex Information" created. The following topics have been moved and fixed within this forum for ease of membership reference:

• Restricted & Banned Materials/Species [Banned species were added to this list from main Character Creation forum as relevance to Codex NPC forum dictates ease of reference.]

New prefixes have been added to the NPC forum:

• Beast Companion
• Droid Companion

New multi-moderation options for Codex Admin and RPJs added:

• Approval for NPC Beast Companions
• Approval for NPC Droid Companions
• Archival of submissions from any Codex area (now moves threads to Codex Archives with prefix "Archived" instead of "Denied")
• Denied of submissions from any Codex area (moves thread to Codex Archives with prefix "Denied")

Minor updates made to planet creation template:

• Added a maximum allowable diameter for terrestrial planets of 20,000km
• Denoted permissible restricted materials to have on planets: phrik, cortosis, and stygium.
• Added notation for planet history that members must cover The Gulag Plague, the 400 Year Darkness, and the Netherworld event in their planet's history.

Codex Q&A has been moved from the Codex Information subforum to the main Codex Discussion forum for greater ease of access.

Codex now employs an Open Application system for Judge recruitment. The new outline for how to apply has been pinned in the Codex Discussion forum.
