STRENGTHS

Why won't you die?: The Regenerative nature of this Biot means it is very difficult to take down using solely conventional means. It's skin, bones, and muscles are genetically modified to resist blasters, armor piercing slug throwers, and Ion or EMP weapons, along with Acid, Cryo, and Flame Weapons. It's regenerative nature is so powerful it can survive major organ loss/damage, and even having it's neck or back broken. As long as at least a quarter of its brain and twenty percent of its body is intact, it will regenerate fully over a 21 hour span. (Note: Cannot survive decapitation or having it's brain Completely destroyed). Biot is normally incapable of feeling pain and can regrow limbs. It's bioreactor has enough power to keep it going every two years needing only to recharge off another power source for seven hours once it's power starts to lessen

A wonderful defense mechanism: It's blood has been engineered to double as a non lethal acid incapable of harming organic tissue, but can quickly dissolve many inorganic substances, including being able to mildly damage Lightsaber Resistant material

Hot in here: Possesses a bio organic flamethrower in it's throat with a range of 42 meters which it can fire every 14 minutes for thirty seconds

The Jackman Special: Grown with long sharp bone claws in it's forearms that can be sprung and retracted at a moment's notice, sharp enough to easily rend flesh from bone or light armor

Eel: Skin is capable of storing a lethal or non lethal electrical charge, which can be used up to three times before the skin can build up enough of a charge

Heavy Heart: It's heart doubles as a Dovin Basal, allowing it to project a gravity swell in a seven meter radius around it

The Brains Department: Highly Intelligent and will ace a turing test, learning from every encounter and has a full range of human emotions

Double Duty: The Civic Nuetralizer doubles as both Lawyer and Law Enforcement Droid, fully programmed to carry out both functions at the same time, and it's skin, eyes, nose, tongue, and Brain also serve as a full bio Organic Forensic analysis unit. All Civic Nuetralizers are allowed at every crime scene where House Io controls territory and is guaranteed to represent all clients free of charge, and has a full range of legal programming making it equally comfortable settling a nasty divorce or putting away vicious criminals for life.

Modularity: Capable of accepting a full range of genetic/cybernetic upgrades (Note: Any upgrade that increases/decreases it's resistances or ad stealth/anti-stealth capabilities will require a new sub), even upgrades that might heavily alter it's appearance.

Protector: Programmed for absolute loyalty to House Io, which it's directives dictate must never be harmed and must always be safeguarded when possible. It is programmed to view all members of House Io as it's duty to protect and represent legally to the best of its capability without any bias, with stringent secondary algorithms that dictate it's duties must never be fulfilled at the cost of betraying House Io's values

Fitness: Three times faster, stronger, and more reactive than an ordinary human. It has also been engineered to be able to eat human food for energy though this is best done as an emergency, as doing so will momentarily slow it's reflexes to that of a normal human for a day

Charmer: Programmed to put communities and Civilians at ease with it's presence and charisma, it's natural beauty can also be a tool for persuasion.

Know it all: High Quality organic melee and firearms database

WEAKNESSES

Vibro: For all it's resistances, Vibroweapons slice through it's tissue and bone quite easily.

Perfection: Magnetics cause severe disruptions to it's databases for a few minutes, randomly shutting them on and off, and it's skin reacts to magnetic surfaces by adhering strongly to them, potentially immobilizing it

Paddle Beams: Paddle beams do not paralyze it, but the energy reacts violently with it's tissue, violently necrotizing the area hit and slowing its regeneration rate by double it's normal amount.

Microwave: Microwave weapons cause violent spasming and shuts off all it's combat protocols for a few minutes, leaving it highly vulnerable

Anti Vong: Anti Vong weapons like Alpha Red cause it to severely overheat and shut down, Baffer Pollen will rapidly necrotize any exposed tissue, and unmasquers cause violent, hidious disruptions to it's skin and muscle, causing it to literally tear itself off the bone after a few minutes exposure, severely weakening it.

Scream: Sonic weapons severely rupture it's skin and heavily stun it for a few minutes. It's tissue takes twice as much time to recover from sonic damage as other forms of damage

Shock Jockey: Despite being tuned to unharmed by its own electrical charge, severe lightning discharge can rapidly cook it alive and kill it completely without protection

Lightsabers: Can't resist more than a glancing blow and causes it to become sluggish momentarily and stunned after being it by one

Vulnerable: Even if it survived half it's head getting destroyed, it still won't be able to fight or move while it's brain fixes itself, leaving it highly vulnerable

Not Infantry: Programmed for Law Enforcement and Legal Representation, the Droid is not meant for full scale battle and lacks the sophisticated warfighting and special ops ability of other Nuetralizers at factory settings (though it is admittedly more than capable of becoming proficient in such tactics as it is exposed to them

Not human: None of its organs look human and it's blood is black in color. It definitely won't fool any scanners.

Flame Wait: It must wait one minute between every use of its flame thrower to build up enough incendiary chemicals

PERSONALITY

All Civic Nuetralizers have a crisp professionalism to them at all times. On the job, they seem difficult to surprise. Outside of work, their personality is usually amicable and patient, as they must constantly be within the community. They are still Nuetralizers however, and if engaged with lethal Force they respond overwhelmingly the same, and feel no remorse when doing so. They enjoy what they do.

DESCRIPTION

The Civic Nuetralizer Model 1 is a fully capable law enforcement and Legal Representation Defense/Prosecution Droid made entirely of engineered organic tissue. Both protecting the citizens of House Io as well as Representing them in court, The CNM1 is guaranteed to lack inherent bias when prosecuting or defending someone and always gives out the best legal advice in any legal scenario. Some might question the wisdom of making the Lawyer also a Police Officer, but Laertia believes in cutting out the middleman and killing two birds with one stone. With a full range of emotions, These Nuetralizers are free to pursue other interests in their spare time but the Law always comes first in their directives. The first Nuetralizer built to consider Laertia only a creator and not a mother...that is because it's loyalty must ultimately be to House Io itself.
