Welcome fellow Eternals,
welcome honoured guests,

this thread is to create a casual roleplay place for everyone inside the Eternal Empire for every time. Its aim is to give every member the possibilitiy to roleplay with each other while not opening a new thread for every little bit of roleplaying.

We divide the thread in five categories, each will be explained on its own below. Please make sure when you post to say and use the banner of which category you post and tag the person you are roleplaying with.

It also shall be a place to add lore for individuals, locations, units, relations, NPCs and whatsoever, without pushing the necessarity to create an entire submission. Additionally it can be used to publish your diary, reports, laws, edicts - stuff like that which needs no second player.

Have fun and enjoy.

Hall-of-Shrouds-Banner.gif
The Hall of Shrouds is the great audience hall of the Eternal Empire in the Fortress of Solitude, the location where foreign ambassadors are welcomed and from where the imperial council rules the realm.
This location is for political business and meetings. It can be divided into private audience chambers, the great hall or smaller offices, feel free to dwell here if you have reason to.
And of course, if you want to meet with the rulers, talk to the and request an audience.
It is also the category to use when you want to publish passed laws, edicts, rulings and whatsoever.

High-Command-banner.gif
The High Command is the military equivalent of the Hall of Shrouds. The place where military organisation, administration and planning takes place. Divided into great planning rooms, offices, communication centres and the officers mess, it offers plenty diverse locations.
You can report for duty here, ask for missions, discuss tactics & strategies, write military reports about units, the last engagement and suggest future deployments.
qE3JYeS.gif
Military-Sector-Banner.gif
The military sector includes all parts of the military areas only excluding the high command. Here you can write about drilling your units, the daily life of a soldier, awarding soldiers, wargames, how you introduce new recruits or how you inspect the defences.
Those things can take place in the barracks, training grounds & facilities, the great parade square, along the fortifications or in the nature of Nelvaan.

Medical-Wing-Banner.gif
The Medical Wing includes all scientific aspects. Not only the medical bay with its wounded, doctors and operation theatres, but also research laboratories, engineering facilities like the power supply and schooling.
Feel free to write here about being ill or wounded, how you visit a friend, how certain research is going, when you explore the mechanical, technical parts of the Fortress ... stuff like that.

Cantina-Bannr.gif
The Cantina is for everything off-duty. There is no need for much explanation on this side. Though it also includes illegal activities.
Locations are obviously the cantina, your private quarters, your private ship (in hangar) or the streets.

This is an intern faction thread of the Eternal Empire. Outsider participation only by approved request please.

He was sitting alone in the passenger part of the shuttle, nobody was with him and the only living people aboard where the pilot and co-pilot. People he never met before. This was a new world he entered. Yet it felt far more familar and comfortable than anything in the past millenia of his life. For most part of this journey he was reading about this Eternal Empire. Without a second start he started calling it the Eternal Empire of Nelvaan, clearly differing in what he once served, but still acknowledging the connection.

It was quite a lecture. These people have risen from the ashes. Build up as a power to be reckoned with but even while supported by and supporting the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Ecthelion Aiglos could not remove the doubt about the independence and free-will of this, his new Empire. But that was a matter for a later time.

The shuttle was swiftly moving through the atmosphere after passing the planetary shield. Shivering and rumbling when the air and gravity fought for the control of the ship. The engineers got the better of the nature. The single man could not look outside, nor would he if he could. There was nothing of importance to see. The world was covered in ice and except for a few important locations there was not much of value out there.

Ten minutes later the shuttle was lowering its ramp in one of the major hangars of the Fortress of Solitude. Very fitting for a single traveller, Aiglos thought. His belonging were stored in the cargo vault of the shuttle, but he left it to someone else to grab and take them to his quarters - whereever that may be. He studied the plan of the citadel, but sadly he did not found the part where 'Your quarters' is written yet.

A moment after the ramp lowered, Ecthelion Aiglos was rising from his seat and slowly walking down the ramp of the shuttle. His heavy studded boots making loud, muffled noises with every step. A metallic clank accompanied the sound of his boots. A long staff, coloured in silver, gold and black and made of metal was in his hands, standing as high as his chest.

The hangar was not empty. Busy workers, pilots, engineers, technicians and other staff was moving around and doing their work and duty. Though the particular area around the shuttle was calm and silent. A group of people present, standing in a line and apparently waiting for Aiglos to approach them. A representative of the Fleet, Army, Blackwatch, Psi Corps and several politicians of Nelvaan. The new High Justice had quickly learned the different institutions inside the Eternal Empire. Less glorious and renown as the Knights of Zakuul, but very efficient. He needed proper introductions on the current state of affairs as soon as he would manage to leave this hangar.
