SPECIAL FEATURES

• Phobium emitter- Primarily for it's increased weight and added swing momentum.
• Dantari crystal- Slowly replenishes Force energy when surrounded by life or under high emotional intensity.
• Internal counter weights- Placed near the emitter, to give the saber some heft to increase momentum based strikes and ripostes.
• Non-Dimetris Circuits- stop the blade from shorting out due to cortosis.
• Bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse- Underwater activation.
• Discharge energy cell- Allowing for better offensive strikes.
• Locking activator- For throwing the blade.
• Ivory handle form a Krayt Dragon tooth- The ivory adding a bit more heft than leather or duraplast, but providing a better grip than bare metal.

STRENGTHS

• Spanner weight- Heavier than a standard lightsaber, this weapon isn't made for elegance or Form II finesse. Its mass helps drive devastating, momentum-heavy blows, particularly effective when paired with Kain's raw power or Force-enhanced strikes. Which makes it suitable for use in his hands particularly.
• Non-Dimetris Circuits- The blade won't short out when coming in contact with Cortosis. Though it still wont pass through the material.
• Dantari crystal- Helps replenish the users expended force energy, during a fight, using the aggressive blows behind this weapon to use the crystal for it's maximum functionality.

WEAKNESSES

• Weight- The heft of the hilt limits agility and finesse. This is not a duelist's weapon. It performs poorly in tight spaces or during acrobatic flourishes. It's a mace pretending to be a lightsaber.
• Mechanical vulnerability- Due to its moving parts, internal counterweights, and additional components, ion weapons or EMP blasts can disable the saber's specialized functions.
• Force dependent/custom fit- This saber is tailored specifically for Kain. His grip, strength, and combat rhythm in particular. While the crystal helps with regeneration, the weapon still mainly depends on Kain's raw telekinesis, and the grip/wrist strength he developed growing up in a mechanics shop. Other would probably find it unwieldy, or even poorly balanced.

DESCRIPTION
Kain has had this saber for years. It's one of the oldest possessions he still carries outside of everything that was passed down from his father's will. As a Padawan, Kain despised the standard training sabers. They felt light, imprecise, and unfamiliar in his hands. He struck himself more than once trying to mimic the elegant, wrist-driven forms taught to young Jedi. He'd spent his childhood working with spanners and scrap, growing up in a mechanic's shop where torque, weight, and grip strength mattered more than graceful movement. His raw telekinetic talent didn't help either. He struggled with fine control, and needed a weapon that could work with that explosive force, not against it.

So when it came time to construct his lightsaber, he didn't build it to match Jedi tradition. It took him nearly a month to gather the parts he wanted. The result was a saber that felt like home in his hands. A tool, not a hip trophy. A single-handed hilt with enough mass and room to be used two-handed if needed, designed with a weight comparable to the spanners he grew up with. Then he added even more heft near the emitter to guide mass driven attacks and blow through the guard of an opponent. Yet ensured it was still responsive enough for Form IV, V, and VII techniques. Aggressive, fast-paced styles that favored power over precision. It's not the kind of saber you'd find in a Jedi archive, but it's the kind that wins fights.
