It has been brought to my attention that some people are wondering why the thread is quieter these last 2 days. I am here to remind people that it is a holiday weekend, and people are spending time with friends and family or catching up on school work whilst they have a break.

As you can see with a few of the above posts, people are promising replies just not right away.

You do you realize you just nullified what I wanted to do totally right? You are essentially forcing me to roleplay a certain way, PvP/Melee by saying that if I shoot at your ship, I will decompress it and kill Zaz and his NPCs. I never said I was going to totally take your ship out, do more than be an annoying gnat and a distraction while Zaz boards IC.

However, now I am being essentially DM'd into making two choices: either engage in PvP which usually turns out to be a genital measuring contest between two writers or I have to pull away entirely and make it so my role was essentially pointless.

I don't know what you are on about, but I don't recall ever suggesting that you were going to take out my ship or try to decompress it.

"The external airlocks remained accessible from the outside. Like most starships, a fail-safe would prevent decompression in the event of hull ruptures by activating an energy barrier. Said barrier doing little to prevent projectiles or people from entering, however, should a breach be made in the abnormally thick armour."

That is the exact quote. To which I believe you are referring.

Correction, you're right about decompressing, so my fault for the misunderstanding. Still it's a little worrying that you can at any time say that I shot through your hull and/or energy barriers and it bounced off a bulkhead, slaughtering my side.

Anyone can write anything, doesn't mean they will or that you have to take it how that person intended.

My vessel is stood down and weapons are deactivated, awaiting inspection by [member="Zaz Tal'Verda"]'s boarding party. So I haven't sent any opposition your way, if you want to stick around you can. If you want to land and explore inside the ship then I'm cool with that too. If you were looking for space action, though, I know [member="The Slave"] scrambled some pirates from his asteroid base near where [member="Bartic Myth'rand"] parked their ships.
