DESCRIPTION

Created as a weapon component for an upcoming line of light infantry droids and their weapons, Chemical X18 is intended to supplement Helix's other famously toxic chemical weapons.

Made from a similar cocktail of horrifying radioactive substances as its forbears, X18 is intended for far greater scales of production. As such, it has faced numerous budget-friendly adjustments, all of which generally lead to a weaker, less potent weapon.

Nonetheless, X18 can still kill, and its radiotoxic properties are something one would do well to avoid. Ignited X18 can burn flesh down to the bone, and given time, eat through most metals. The radioactive materials used in its mixture render it moderately carcinogenic, and even brief exposure carries significant health risks. The substance burns with a pale blue flame at some 1700-2400 degrees Celsius, and can blaze for hours in most known atmospheres, underwater, or even in hard vacuum.
