CORPORATION INFORMATION
Chase Enterprises was created after the acquisition of Brightstar Entertainment Group by Damian Starchaser in order to better organize his growing business empire. Through mergers and buyouts and the Chase business groups were reorganized with Chase Enterprise becoming the parent company. This allowed for easier management of corporate assets and allowed for a central organization in cross corporation communications and corporate assets.
The company started it's existence by building a new joint headquarters for itself and it's subsidiaries on Zeltros, not far from Damian Starchasers home. The state of the art offices were sectioned giving each of the companies their own space and even allowing for space to be rented out to other corporations should they need it.
As ownership shifted firmly into Damians hands he began to divest shares of the parent corporation to provide for those he cared about. To the Perl girls whom he had spoiled in their youth he presented a one percent ownership, to his favored Starchaser cousin another percent was peeled off. Oddly, and perhaps to the confusion of those receiving the shares, a percent ownership was given to both Jerek Zenduu an associate of Damians and Allya Vi'Dreya the youths partner. Damian retained fifty one percent, a controlling stake, for himself and keeping all remaining shares in trust for future divestment.
