Rationale: Damian Starchaser is the clone of [member="Marek Starchaser"] and in finding out who his genetic clone template/father was, started robbing Marek’s Brightstar Casinos, in an effort to gain the mans attention. The money to start up the company was achieved in this manner and as a payout given by Marek himself to stop and never contact him. This is also how he met his first investor [member="Sasha Santhe"].

Damian Starchaser was an ill-begotten clone of Marek Starchaser who made his way in the world by his wits and skills taught to him by his smuggler grandfather. Later in life he would be taken in by the Jedi

, and trained in the ways of the force but before he was basically a petty thief. Upon learning of his parentage Damian went on a bit of a robbing spree, taking money belonging to Marek Starchasers ventures. This ended in a deal being made. He would be allowed to keep the money in return for leaving Marek alone.
Having met Sasha Santhe on an earlier adventure Damian expressed to her an interest in starting a company. Sasha invested a bit of money after hearing the idea and even went about campaigning for the youth giving him access to some contacts that might be of use to the young wannabe fashion mogul. Damian set up a meeting and gathered investors knowing that an innocuous business would be perfect to help fund and provide cover for his covert actions. Already through the efforts of Sasha Santhes agents he’d acquired both farms and purchase Bantha Ranches which were later secured for sweet sweet bantha leather and naturally grown fibers. This combined with his natural charisma clearly and impressed the investors giving him the cash he needed to begin on his new projects.
Also apparently Chase Fashion produces their own brand of wine, a venture started by the companies strangest and most innocent member as a side project on the Derellium farm. By all accounts it is sweet vintage currently sold at local boutique wine shops under the "Sage Wine" label.
Among the meetings taken by Sasha Santhe was one with Eamon Tragon the CEO of MyYoda. When producing crops it was important to change them out occasionally rotating them to keep the soil fettle. An agreement was reached that during the rotation food stuff would be grown and McYoda's would purchase thus not wasting any opportunity by the company to make to make a profit.
The company continued to grow mixing philanthropically efforts with business and moving its headquarters to Zeltros.
