TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Classification: Poison
Method of Consumption: Primarily orally, though a less potent version can be consumed by inhalation and different, mostly non-lethal effects are experienced when the poison enters the bloodstream. If the subject survives, they’re more than welcome to consume Charon’s Whisper twice, it’s just unlikely they’ll do so again.
Average Life: Most will meet their maker within 3 hours of oral consumption, 15 minutes with a concentrated dose. If death is not involved, other effects tend to last up to 7 days with varying levels of degradation after the third day.
Nutritional Value/Allergies/Side Effects/ Purpose: Charon’s Whisper, just like the being it is named from, ushers people from the mortal coil. This poison is known to cause various medical issues, primarily displayed within 90 minutes of ingesting the substance and lingering until either death or Charon’s Whisper leaves the subject’s system in approximately 7 days. Those effects include but are not limited to: Nausea, vomiting, confusion, dissociation, dizziness, drowsiness, hallucination, loss of appetite, blurred vision, irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Hallucinogenic visions
Death and sickness can occur.

STRENGTHS
In My Field of Paper Flowers: This poison has strong hallucinogenic properties when entered into the bloodstream. Between that and the overall nature of, well, poisons, this is an ideal item to coat a weapon with.
Marked for Death: A powerful poison, unless detoxification steps are taken immediately, consumers will find themselves in for a bad, if not fatal, time.

WEAKNESSES
Temperature Control: Similar to the plant from which Charon’s Whisper originates, this poison can withstand the heat quite well however, it’s all too easy for the substance to freeze and lose some of its potency.
Flavor to Taste: With Neriite being extremely bitter, hiding this substance in someone’s food or drink is extremely difficult. Sure, they might get a bite in to be in for a rough time for the next couple days, but anyone with taste buds knows something is up upon taste.

DESCRIPTION
While under more stable employment than as an independently contracted assassin, it’s always ideal to have some extra tools to help with a job. Looking into the properties of the Neriite plant as well as records of the Sith sword, Ishtar, forged by Darth Empyrean Darth Empyrean , Oleander Webb thought it wouldn’t hurt to try and spice up his own weapons. But who had the facilities to produce such a poison? Or keep it contained? That question, he posed to Gerwald Lechner Gerwald Lechner , who promptly told him, “I don’t know, why don’t you look into Locke and Key?” The rest is history.

Side effects may include: Nausea, vomiting, confusion, dissociation, dizziness, drowsiness, death, loss of appetite, blurred vision, irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure. If ingested, contact your local poison control immediately. If you or a loved one has been poisoned by Charon’s Whisper, you may not be entitled to financial compensation.
