DESCRIPTION
A vehicle created purely for the purpose of maneuvering a large 3x4 rocket launching pod around the battlefield and firing it from long-range and then dispersing to avoid potential counter-battery fire. Due to the massive long range of its munitions this rocket truck can move quickly through shields thanks to its large wheels, each of which possesses its own independent drive and suspension. When ordered into action this weapons system can be given the target area, the targets, and fired with the push of a few buttons after the appropriate armaments have been loaded. With one volley twelve high explosive rockets this weapon system can destroy two full batteries of enemy artillery pieces or with twelve cluster missiles this truck can kill 288 soft targets at a minimum (Infantry and droids can sometimes be bunched up, further increasing the deadliness of the weapon) with grenade-sized submunitions. The crew is within a separate semi-armored cabin which affords a degree of protection from enemy fire and shrapnel from potential close impacts. These vehicles in CRAF service are a brigade-level weapon, with a brigade having four batteries of six Howlers each. RPers are advised to utilize the superior range of this weapons system, because if it gets in close with an enemy vehicle or personnel the Howler is quite vulnerable.

Listib Hibin Listib Hibin Edit completed. Rephrased the shoot-and-scoot to more precise with the meaning and intent of that strength.

The ability to “shoot-and-scoot” is a terrific advantage on a sensor-rich battlefield where your fire can be quickly detected and source pinpointed is vital, and therefore is a strength. I wish to maintain that. Will the new edit explanation suffice?
