Can't Access Codex

Having a problem when trying to read the information of the site's setting and period- I can't access the freaking codex. I keep clicking on the banner on the forum, but the script for some reason isn't working and it won't load and take me to the codex. Does anybody else have this problem, know how to fix it, or have the codex's URL for me to save and use manually?

I also mean the planet list. I flat out can't access the codex at all right now.

Which planet list are you referring to?

The Codex forums can be accessed directly from the front page of the forum by scrolling down and clicking on the main forum headers.

The navigation is not finished, you must manually scroll down to the Codex forum on the site index.

PC. I've tried multiple browsers but it does nothing.

You have to scroll down to the Codex. You can not navigate to the Codex via the Navigation bar. No one can, because it is not finished.

I've done this with your account. It works as intended, just fine, etc.
