Recently my efforts with KDY have been vastly OOC arrangements and management of dallying out permissions to those wishing to use the KDY to build their ships.

Plans are in the works for setting up IC minor exterior Drive Yards in the Outer Rim, specifically in regards to the Moross Crusade territory.
