Bug Cannot join Minor Factions

*I can't join minor factions
*I am in one faction. When I first encountered the bug, I was in 3, which is the limit.
*I have not tried joining a major faction, so the bug may be limited to minor factions.
*The factions I tried to join were The Sakuran Empire and The Democratic Republic of Pantora
*I get a server error.

Currently this affects “Closed” Major Factions and we’re looking into it.
