  • COMPETITIVE A strong desire to prove himself to be better than others, if not only to argue against his own self-worth, Brennan isn’t one to turn down a challenge, be it of any nature fatal or otherwise.

  • RESILIENT As if to boast his competitive nature, Brennan’s resilience is strong to bring him back into a fight if only offered the right incentive. Most often than not this is through his pain and frustrations leading to blind arrogance in order to overcome his struggles.

  • IMPERIAL - A true figure of Imperial Decree, Brennan Cabrol is ready and willing to serve through all actions and missions assigned to him for the greater good of the First Order. In his eyes Democracy and petty sympathy for the common man has failed the Galaxy and left it in a chaotic state. He now works to help the First Order reestablish control and dominant the vagrant hordes that Order may once again be restored to the denizens under the Imperial Flag of the Supreme Leader, Sieger Ren.

  • BATTLE HARDENED - Due to the missions he has taken on thus far into his duty as a member of the Order of Ren, the actions that he has taken against others for the might and dominion of the First Order, Brennan Cabrol has become desensitized to many of the larger moral implications of Galactic Society and personal endearments of Civilian life. Caring little for petty sentiment outside of those few who stand out beyond the banner of the First Order, for whom have earned his trust; he otherwise generally lacks compassion and will see his mission objective through to the end.

  • ELITIST Brennan has a short fuse when it comes to Non-Human Species and outsiders to the First Order, specifically Non-Force Users for whom he looks down upon and believes them to be incapable of taking control of their lives due to his experience within the First Order landing upon the Worlds in and around their known territories, dealing with the likes of the Squib and other perceived uncivilized races. In his eyes, the Future of the First Order is Pro-Human, led with a strength of Character and Integrity beyond the comprehension of other Species.

  • ESSENCE TRANSFER Offered a second chance typical of Human Life, Brennan Cabrol has been graced by the generosity of Ara Zambrano and her lineage, his life instilled within a Clone bred through his Genetic Structure and DNA. The Body of which for all intents and purposes appears to be the vision of his adulthood had he not suffered such tremendous injuries during the Battle of Bespin. The Downside of this is however the mental and emotional recovery for which he has yet to grasp the true nature of who he is as an Individual outside of his duties to the First Order; his behaviour at times can henceforth appear erratic and short-tempered.

  • DISTRUSTING - For many even within the Ranks of the First Order, Brennan Cabrol finds it incredibly difficult not to remain sceptical. Raised as a Jedi, brought down into the life of a Slave by the Sith Empire and then fighting for his rightful place within the Order of Ren as a Knight of the First Order and one whose strength and loyalty have been acknowledged by the Supreme Leader, few others stand to reason with the expectations and high standard he deems worthy for his peers.

Once a lean build, Brennan’s body has been starved of nutrition in order to keep him in line as equally so as his mind, with the potential for an agile build, his figure as of the first days following his release reflects nothing of the former training he had once known back on the world of Svivren under Veiere Arenais and the old Jedi Enclave. His eyes are darkened from his lack of rest and his clothes are worn rags covered by a vest of leather to keep him from suffering too severely when beaten by his former Captors.

Brennan is otherwise of an average height and nothing else strikes him as an unordinary person, his youthful complexion has suffered under the burden of a slavers life, yet in a Galaxy spiralling into Chaos, the life of a slave is soon becoming more and more common, thus the boy not striking anyone’s notice who wouldn’t care to extend a generous hand.

Once, long ago in what would feel to be a completely different life to that of which he was leading now, Brennan was a happy young lad, a confident and competitive student of the Jedi Order who had entered the organization as a youngling just shy of the age of five. He was soon taken in as an Initiate and spent the next five years training alongside his fellow peers, earning friends and education under the careful study of the Jedi Council and the Knight and Master body of the small Branch of the world mostly out of the spotlight compared to such unimaginable temples as the one on Coruscant and later, Yutan and Voss.

With time and dedication, an eager yearning to become stronger and live up to the expectations and reputations of the older legendary Jedi since passed on into the next life, Brennan pursued the path of a Guardian, a warrior of the light and a firm if not an aggressive swordsman. Documented by the Knights and tutors of his lessons, it would lead to their notice of his obvious strengths and faults. Where physical combat seemed to be something he not only excelled at yet wanted above all other subjects of learning, his studies within the force and his ability suffered under his boisterous need to become unbeatable by his friends and the other Initiates.

As days would pass into nights and nights into weeks and so on, an older far more humble member of the Jedi Order began came to begin spending time with the boy; later stepping forward to take Brennan under his personal tutelage and training at the request of the Jedi Council; this man’s name was Veiere Arenais and he came to trust the Jedi Knight beyond all others, enough so to reluctantly agree to his theoretical assignments and attaining a sense of balance within his studies.

By his fourteenth year, Brennan had progressed into another remarkable young student and a Padawan now by the sanction of the Jedi Order, he had spent his days moving alongside his Master, taking on the assignments Veiere was given and assisting the Jedi Knight where he could, both of them spending weeks at a time out within the Galaxy learning of the many cultures, societies and factions that would later grow into the universe we know now. So far south of the Core, the students of the smaller branch felt safe and believed them out of harm’s way where rumours of the Sith and their rise to power were becoming more and more frequent, hailed more or less as legends to scare the initiates, the whispers of a Council delegation caught Brennan’s ear and he soon learned that not only his Master but he too was expected to be present.

Master Arenais’ message had been clear to the Jedi Council, alongside a small portion of his fellow Jedi Knights, he tried to encourage the Council to adhere to the needs of the enclaves in the north, to assist the Jedi of the Republic in pushing back the threat that was looming over them. It was, against Veiere’s comfort, that the decision was made to remain and focus on the enclave and the future of the students so that the Order could preserve their days beyond the foreseen. Known for his often thought extreme outbursts, Veiere took Brennan aside and told him to remain on Svivren until his return. It was his Master's desire to leave against the Councils heed with a select few of his peers in order to do what could be done for the war in the northern sectors of space.

Though he argued and begged to be taken alongside his Master, Veiere refused and demanded that his words be obeyed, that Brennan remain safe and continue on the path of the light.

The attack on Svivren came without warning and without mercy. While the Jedi Knights were left unprepared and out-numbered due to the needs further north, the world of Svivren was besieged by a small armada of Sith Lords and Acolytes alike. Targeting the Jedi Specifically, the enclave though smaller than most and out of the way would become a blow to the Order as a whole that would eventually aid to its crumbling morale under the might of the Empire.

Forced to take up arms, Brennan was charged with guiding the younger students to the hanger and helping them escape, pilots scrambling to their ships in aid of the personnel carriers safe evacuation. Remaining behind, the young apprentice returned to the bulk of the enclave only to witness the walls coming down around him, the flames of war and the screams of the sith as blades of red flared and cut through into the nearest Jedi answering their calls to battle. The fighting fierce, the moments passing much too fast for Brennan to make sense of; while the older students took to the fight alongside the senior members of the enclave, Brennan was ordered to leave, to young and still too inexperienced. Rather than obey, he remained and in his first act of insubordination, he was met with the firm gauntlet of the enemy, a slandering hit that threw him to the floor and soon felt the pain scream through his torso as a boot then connected with his side, lifted him from the ground and sent him into the collapsing wall, his consciousness taken by the descending debris.

Thus the path of the student of the Jedi was over, cut short and unable to persevere; one of the Sith took the boy for a slave, unconscious and unable to fend the dark lord off, he was carried in with the rest of the troops returning to their space as the Jedi Enclave burned and screams bloodied the sky behind them. In the first days, he vowed never to submit. Years later he awoke from another beating, bloodied and broken, knowing the meaning of obedience and understanding the life that was his now. To serve meant to survive. Insults, beatings, threats of death and discipline were his only friends, they had become the normality in his life and his mind had been caved in over and over until he had forgotten what it meant to be of the Jedi Order, forgotten what hope there was in a galaxy that knew only Chaos…

With the rise and fall of governing bodies seeking to make their claim on the political map, the Sith Empire was no longer in its prime. Just under fifteen long and cruel years had passed before the war finally took its toll and the strength of the Sith was no longer strong enough to hold the Core Worlds in check. The Mandalorian had arisen through the glory of battle, built to yearn and lust for every enemy that opposed them, honour dictating their victory be dealt with violent might. The Galactic Alliance too rebelling against the Sith, supported by smaller bands, rogues, rebels and dissidents alike; all organizations, criminal cells and governments seeking to overthrow the Sith from the Throne Core of the Galaxy would unknowingly lead to Brennan’s freedom. Held captive within his cell, whatever world he was held captive upon had been strike a crippling blow and sent the Sith Empire reeling in their retaliatory attacks. Those that were once laughing as they pommeled Brennan for his insolence and attitude now all but dead to him, were being overrun, killed and the boy now a young man freed from his tomb of anguish. He was given basic care, shuttled to the nearby fleet of a Galactic alliance vessel where he would sleep for days, fortunate to wake twenty hours later.

The only problem with living all your life in service to someone was that upon freedom, you knew not your purpose. It was instinctual that he asked to be escorted to Svivren, to a world that would not recognize him and a former Jedi Enclave ruined and overgrown. Isolated, free yet without direction; he was left with nothing.

Life as a slave had offered more than this in his deranged and broken mind.

Having returned to Svivren he had been on the edge of Galactic Alliance and First Order territory. The Galactic Alliance had reminded him too much of the previous government the Jedi Order had resided under, the Galactic Republic, weak in its tolerance of individual choice and freedoms, the news of this First Order sounded much more promising both in its dictatorship and imperialism as well as the ability to bring to him a new sense of purpose, no longer burdened by the consequences of his own decisions but that he could entirely devote himself to the teachings and desires of the Supreme Leader. Finding his way there to Virgillia and boarding a transport with other prospective disciples, Brennan Cabrol approached the First Order expecting them to be similar in dealings as was the Sith Order. They were in fact, anything but.

The First Order's hierarchy was strange to grow accustomed too since being enslaved by the Sith, obedience was absolute and any form of disrespect was dealt with in severe beatings near to within inches of his life, here however within the Bastion of Ren he had been introduced to a mutual ground in which even Disciples were respected by their superiors, expected to obey commands yet rarely given them nor treated like underdogs. This promise of consideration before a power as formidable as Seiger Ren's struck Brennan as unfathomable, that this Supreme Leader need not feel threatened by their lack of strict discipline or the potential for another to try to overthrow him spoke truly of power unlike anything Brennan had known before. He vowed there to give everything for the First Order, to secure the galaxy, to fight for peace and stability as the Jedi had been too weak and naive to do so successfully.

JV0M3Oz.png

Introduced to the ways of the Order of Ren through the initial teachings of Kriel Firin , otherwise known as Talon Ren, Brennan's time within the Academy upon Skye and later the Bastion of Ren upon the world of Virgillia would be one of small regard to the rest of the Galaxy around them. His training was difficult, the youth burdened by emotional wounds of his past life and unable to come to terms with his lack in understanding of himself, soon found that it was far simpler to delve with all that he had into focusing his future path on one primary figurehead for the First Order's benefit, the Supreme Leader, Sieger Ren.

Over the years, Brennan Cabrol would become obsessed with his loyalties to the Supreme Leader, often causing him to besmirch the names of his peers whom failed to live up to the representation of their great leader. His behaviours earned him few friends, yet his unwavering loyalty would become a destructive force towards those who would have the gall to oppose them; in the times of war against the Galactic Alliance, Brennan's belief in Sieger Ren had become so great that during the battle of Bespin where their enemy sought to infiltrate and cripple the Hilikan Facility, a front, responsible for burying blacklisted intelligence for the First Order Security Bureau, the Disciple of Ren encountered numerous Jedi dwarfing his own ability in the Force.

Thereupon the cusp of defeat, he would turn to the use of explosives and incendiary charges refusing to die without taking them all down with him. This was to be his final declaration of loyalty to Sieger Ren, the definition of what he felt it was to be a member of their secretive Order, to resign all aspirations and individualist pursuits, given up to his name that Brennan become but a tool, one more step towards the glory of their Empire.

Samka Derith had seen something in Brennan, though she would never speak of it; his charred and decrepit form was recovered within the ruins of the facility following the Galactic Alliance's defeat both upon Bespin and their attempted invasion of the cold world of Hoth. Sanctioned by the upper echelon of the Order of Ren and using what resources the FOSB (First Order Security Bureau) could pull together, they set to work on sustaining Brennan's life, that he might be denied his martyrdom and continue to serve on as a Knight of the Order of Ren, stronger and harbouring far greater and feral adversity towards the opposition than ever he had held before.

Scarred and broken, his body was not all but destroyed. The scientists and medical specialists assigned to him managed to keep his heart and mind active long enough for their research and development team to manufacture what would later become his new skeletal frame, cybernetics replacing all that had been lost to the fires of war. His left side of his head had been peeled back by the explosive force of his extremist lack of self-regard, the fire had seared away his hair and melded flesh around his skull in such a deformed state, his eye and the nerve endings and muscle mass connecting his brain to his visual acuity required a synthetic interface, that which would speed up his cognitive responses and reaction times within combat and yet such vast and complicated procedures at the same time costing him what power he might have gained through the mastery of the Force had he completed his training and avoided such tragedy.

As a Disciple of the Order of Ren, his final mission was one of redemption in the eyes of his superiors. A chance to account for his failings to eradicate his enemy, to make up for the grievous harm wrought upon the facility and the significant loss of one Ara Zambrano who had been at his side during the battle yet had fallen to the deceit of the Jedi and struck in a venomous turn of events, his own lightsaber manipulated through the conniving ways of Bespin's would-be saviours.

She had survived the affront and had been taken by an ally of the Galactic Alliance, captured and removed from Imperial Space for reasons Brennan Cabrol still lacks in comprehension. Her wounds had healed by the time that he and Decitus Ren had tracked her and her captor; ensuring nothing would stand between them and their reunion with the soon to be Queen of the Pacanth Expanse and the crucial centrepiece for whom would unite the Dark Lord of the Sith by affiliation with the First Order, for all things, silent and strictly kept off of the record for the need of plausible deniability.
With Ara Zambrano back home within First Order Space once more to resume her duties and Brennan Cabrol's service to the Supreme Leader and the Order of Ren assured, he would soon be appointed a Knight of Ren, bestowed upon which the title of Caehl Ren, that those who would claim the dominion of The First Order false, would feel the true Hand of Sieger Ren upon them.

nbUx0tz.png

They two had become a powerful force to be reckoned with; The Queen of Panatha, Ara Zambrano and the formidable Knight of Ren, Caehl Ren. Together within the Order of Ren, they had worked to deny the complacency of the meek, sought to end the rumors of instability and defectors to the Sith Empire had been quickly routed out, Caehl Ren sent to kill those turncoats who would betray the will and doctrine of Sieger Ren. Never did they waver or second guess their allegiances to the First Order...yet within Ara's company, Caehl Ren's priorities began to take on a second form in that of his colleague and Ally.

Never before had he bothered with the sentiment of friendship nor personal loyalties. Such concepts were falsehoods of personal weakness and distractions only fit to disillusion and sway ones gaze from their overall objective and testament of the Supreme Leader; and yet it was a Master of Ren, a prominent figure of power within the First Order who countered his every bid and suggestion for the death of individualist regard in place of extreme and fanatic adherence to the First Order, whom would forever pick and gnaw away at the edge of his consciousness, the prospect of being something more than a mere tool to be used and eventually discarded when there would be nothing left to give.

In Ara Zambrano's eyes, Brennan Cabrol had ruined himself and lost the potential to fully wield the power that could have been his through the completion of his training and in the malevolence of the Dark Side of the Force. Always, Caehl Ren denied her the satisfaction of admitting his misgivings, too adamant in his role as Sieger's hand and arrogant in that which he had ascended to already, he denied himself the same faith that she seemed to believe of him.

This battle of wills would eventually see the inclusion of one, Darth Carnifex - Dark Lord of the Sith Empire.

The Queen of the Pacanth Expanse had sought to use the Knight of Ren's DNA alongside her powerful affiliations with the Zambrano dynasty, a name for which carried strength and malice to those whom knew of their repertoire. Together they orchestrated a ritual for which would first cost Caehl Ren his very life, removed of conscious decision, impaled by the blade of the one perceived to be a reliable ally and soon thrust into darkness while the Sith Lord would remove him from the broken husk of what he had become and transferred his soul along with the power of the Dark-side of the Force, into the clone form of what he would have become had the incident on Bespin been avoided.

Renewed of Body and mind, his connection to the flow of the Dark-side of the Force once more whole; Brennan Cabrol has been relinquished of his shackles and now free to rediscover his limits, to redefine his legacy and finally learn what it is to be an individual asset, crucial to the Supreme Leaders vision yet beholden to none but his own.

Commonly referred to as Force Sense, the ability to see much farther than ones eyes can travel; Tactus Otium is the answer to the question: How are Jedi able to react fast enough to evade and counter blaster fire; providing a vivid sense of the situation unfolding around those capable of applying this skill in their chosen field.

A basic component in the use of most Core Force Powers, this is the means to amplify ones focus in the force itself, strengthening what potential you might naturally have in order to delve deeper and produce a superior effect of the desired ability. Those of great skill in Altus Sopor can cloud their presence from other force users completely by melding their presence in among the natural flow of the force itself.

Art of the Small was a radical Force technique. By narrowing their focus, a Force user could essentially shrink their presence in the Force to a microscopic size. While in this state, the user could operate molecules in any way they wanted, turning them into something completely different.

An umbrella title to the force abilities focused on self healing and rejuvenation of the natural body. Stamina and lost strength can be regained by drawing the force into ones center, healing significant injuries and sustaining ones life in the field of combat given enough time to focus.

Relating to the ability to absorb energies both natural and otherwise, this branch of the Force has been known to be applied both offensively and defensively. For an example, the ability to lesson the blow of a blaster shot to the side through great focus in extending the force from within to create a small barrier around ones exterior (some call this force: Protect).

Referred to some as Force Push and Force Pull, telekinesis consists of two branches of the ability. Sustained Telekinesis where an object or person is held in place for a period of time, and then Burst Telekinesis in which something or someone is thrown backwards or pulled in towards the user.

Consisting of more than just communication from one mind to another, Telepathy is the umbrella term for the ability to affect a persons mind on the whole. Whether convincing others to do something they normally wouldn't (mind trick), or otherwise projecting images, memories or words into the consciousness of the target. The effect of Telepathy varies dependent on the mental strength of the foe.

To Augment ones body with the power of the force is to amplify the abilities one might formerly consider to be impossible. Force Speed and Force Jump for lack of a better name, are both skills that fall beneath this branch of powers within the aspect of control and practice.

Corruption was a Force power that was employed by users of the dark side of the Force. It allowed a user of the dark side of the Force to hurl a bolt of pure dark side energy. This ability is similar to the practice of Force Lightning, only with the empowerment and corruption that is the Dark Side of the Force, bringing not only physical pain but also degradation of the mind and corruption of ones alignment in the Force least they be trained to defend against such powerful techniques.
