PERSONALITY:
Bulgaar has been mute since birth. As such, he is a natural telepath and subsequently an empath. He has superior telepathic range and is even able to reach the minds of non-Force sensitives from great distances. As a consequence, Bulgaar's empathic abilities are also highly developed but at times difficult to control. This has caused him to socially withdraw, especially in the aftermath of the Second Great Hyperspace War, as the emotional scars of the brutal conflict effected those around him. More of a traditionalist Jedi. Gentle giant, most of the time.
BACKSTORY:
Not much is known of Bulgaar's early years until his adoption into the Jedi Order. He was sold to the Jedi by Trandoshan slavers after his Force sensitivity was discovered. Bulgaar excelled in lightsaber combat and mind manipulation, whether that be telepathy, telekenesis, mind trick, etc and was fast tracked to Knighthood under the Guardian subclass.
Bulgaar was originally a member of the NJO, though relocated to Kashyyyk with the Silver Jedi. It was there he reconnected with his homeworld and heritage, eventually rising to the rank of Master.
After the War, Bulgaar chose to operate independently, helping the various Jedi factions, especially where combat is concerned.

Lacks speed or agility.
Often misses Kashyyyk.
