A calculating criminal who isn't afraid of a little action when the situation calls for it. A bit cynical and possessing of a dry, sarcastic wit. Doesn't have the sort of personality suited to a 9 to 5 ordinary job. Prefers to perform contract work, picking and choosing when to do what. Has a certain resentment for oppressive authorities which seek to control a populace, but doesn't feel so strongly about it that he'd turn down their credits.

HISTORY
Brec Abrak was born on Mileva, the only son of Kila (mother) and Birk (father). His parents were computer technology researchers, and he proceeded through his childhood training in that field, on the assumption he would follow in their footsteps. However, he found rigidly structured corporate environments to be distasteful.
He passed his citizenship test to prove that he could, and then stowed away on a freighter to go see the wider galaxy. He learned everything he could, especially about the 'spacer' life, as he craved to someday have a ship of his own. His skill as a slicer was soon evident to the low-level criminals he came to associate with, and he amassed significant savings while doing ever riskier slicing and B&E jobs.
Eventually, he was approached by an agent of the ShadowNet who passed him a decryption module. Using it, he logged into the secret ShadowNet forum and discovered a new realm of elite criminal employment. A few jobs in, and he had saved enough to buy a rather impressive starfighter. This purchase allowed him to move freely throughout the galaxy on his own power and at his own discretion, taking ever more lucrative jobs along the way.
