DESCRIPTION

The SR-57 Holdout Blaster was conceived of as 'Military Power in an Executive's Pocket.' Originally sold on dangerous worlds which also have major industry or corporate sites, it was marketed as a way for an executive to defend himself against dangerous street toughs and kidnappers. The weapon can fit almost anywhere and is powerful enough to blast a hole right through a stormtrooper's breastplate. Or, if you are attacked by droids, use the pistol's Ion setting to knock them right out. It also has a stun setting, if you like that sort of thing. Ammunition capacity is very low, but if you need to reload, you're probably already dead.

The SR-57 is the right choice when you find yourself in the wrong situation.
