With the Wake of Balmorra and Jend-Ro Quill both introducing polyps from the Golden Sun to Kattada, the corals seemed to have a great connection to the Blue Corals separately introduced and cultivated by the Witch clan of the same name. A goal of the world is to teach Force users to work together and to defend themselves and this trinket focuses that into a tool to assist those who earned it.
Given to champions of Kattada, this trinket is shaped by Jedi Artisans and enchanted by Blue Coral Divers into the shape of a Kattadan Hardback, with several gems of blue coral placed into it. Typically 6-8 gems, which equate to its uses. The center is a purified sample of the Golden Sun coral as a focusing crystal.
Once the charges are spent, the item becomes nothing more than a trinket, and a memory of a world the user championed.
