She held a small flutter in her heart almost, there was much to be said for what they were doing and a great deal. New lines as it were as the siths forces had surrounded Tython, had made way for some of the larger horrors in the deep core and as she dug through the intelligence reports. Pouring over from Daella who had been on the council it did hit her of one place they could go. It fell close to their influence while the voice sat in the seat letting her fingers glide over the datapad with the other read outs coming onto the screen.

"We'll start here and work our way towards the nebula, even the reports are vague about what they kept but you don't build or have resupplies being sent with that much security without a reason." She was speaking to the ones who had come with her and the four person death squad just kept their arms crossed as she let the others have their say. The more with them the more they could work and hopefully a lot wouldn't be needed but there was an invasion class carrier for them loaded with armed soldiers.

Taeli, known as Darth Arcanix, stood next to her friend and master, Darth Praelior and looked out on the nebula they would be investigating. Something about this place seemed strange, like it held mysteries and dangers that should be better kept hidden. Naturally, she had volunteered to come along on the journey, the temptation too strong for her to not investigate what might be contained within this area.

"I would almost hazard a guess either a secret Republic redoubt is hidden within, or some sort of prison or vault system," Taeli said, looking up from the datapad she had been reading about this particular nebula. Not much was listed, but then it was in the Deep Core, so not surprising. "Something valuable at least, something we might be able to turn over to further our cause in some way."

The Darkside could not be felt from Skaarj nor could anything for that matter. His Taozin Amulet was a trinket sized valuable that shrouded him with not only a blurr in the Force but Mystery. The slouched height of 9'6 made his movements look as if he was lumbering around but that was how he always moved. Red glowing tattoos and large sharp scales were his external make-up, With a Warden Cloak around his torso in a sash it provided a protection as well as storage for his equipment. Equipment that included two double bladed lightclubs. With his Primary arms folded across his chest and his 2nd and 3rd set of arms left dangling Skaarj looked like something out of "It came from Dathomir" Comic. Which was slightly humorous to him since he was born on Dathomir.

Lumbering over the rest of the Sith Brothers and Sisters he smiled which only moved his upper lip baring his carnivorous teeth...Not much of a smile to most. His Jaw popped constantly making an annoying sound and the thick hairs between his chitin like scales raised in the air. His glowing white eyes looked in all the wrong places in the room, A thin flim covered them making them glossy to look at. Skaarj was Blind and his hearing was his sight. All his movements as well as others gave him vision. Gazing in the two Sith Lords general direction Skaarj began to speak Telepathically through his species natural abilities, a gift that the force did not touch.

<< " Knowledge calls those who seek and want it, Perhaps their is something Hidden away. The reports should be examined more and studied...Clues of the concealed shall be found in times you least expect them to. >> he said hunched over. The body of a warrior and yet the mind of a scholar, Skaarj was an old fellow and his words reflected much of his time spent in the Sith archives. Reading, studying and learning all he could about the History of others.

She scanned through the context of the datapad putting everything she read to memory, a positive attribute she had used many times over. She couldn't explain to anyone or herself even how she came about to having an excellent memory, but it was there and she used it proudly. Once she was done, she handed the datapad back to [member="Darth Praelior"] and stolen a quick glance out the bridge's front viewport at the planet. Tython. It had been years, eight exactly, since the last time she was here. Ah, the memories.
"I must concur with the assessments by, [member="Darth Arcanix"]. No doubt the Republic have erected some sort of redoubt on the planet's surface."
Once more she glanced out at Tython. What was the Republic up to? The lone planet was surrounded by Sith space, and yet it laid unmolested by the Sith. Why? Perhaps there was something buried away, something valuable as her fellow Sith Lady had mentioned. Her curiosity was more than just piqued, it was in full bloom. Oh how she craved unraveling mysteries.

Elegant and depraved.
Helios' ochre eyes looked over the planet below with a stone gaze. The terrestrial planet had a long history, but among the first most important footnotes was the establishment of the Je'daii Order. A perverted construct that believed in balance of the Force, a philosophy even more ridiculous than the Jedi and their exclusivity to the Light Side. At least they understood the importance of singular allegiance to the spectrum of the Force. But, in Helios' eyes there were both flawed of course. Either you succumbed fully to the Darkness or not. And for this, the Eldorai wished Sith of the past would have destroyed the planet when the opportunity presented itself, eradicating the Symbolic hold it may have sustained to the few remaining Je'daii believers today. Although they held no major positions in the galaxy with a large faction, any that were not Sith were all equal enemies to Helios and to rob them of anything that held any meaning at all was a variant of attaining and holding power, even over something so miniscule.

His eyes then moved from the viewport of the vessel to [member="Darth Praelior"], an ally of old. One whom Helios fought alongside in countless battles by now. She was a mighty Sith Warlord, esteemed for her prowess in combat along with her obvious passion for Alchemy and all things that fell under that title. Her pink skin seemed to glisten under the dull flourescent lights of the ship, although Helios was aware this was most likely the genetic pull of her Zeltron pheromones rather than sincere attraction.

He listened to Balaya voice her suspicions about the point of interest before swaying his silver head to look at [member="Darth Arcanix"]. The raven-haired human was a new face to Helios, like a few other Sith Lords he'd seen floating about the One Sith grounds at the Valley of the Dark Lords on Coruscant. An inspective eye gave her an up-and-down look from head to toe as he studied her frame. Her close position to Praelior spoke of friendship, if not subdued allegiance, but such relationships were scarce between Sith of their ranking. She was lean, most likely a testament of her athletic enthusiasm. She was attractive, even by the Eldorai's standard, whom had his own love for things considered beautiful and magnificent. But such things were only skin deep. His companionship with her was non-existant save for the common brotherhood all under the One Sith possesed for their fellow kin.

"I would almost hazard a guess either a secret Republic redoubt is hidden within, or some sort of prison or vault system; Something valuable at least, something we might be able to turn over to further our cause in some way."

Her dialogue was respectable to Helios. Anything of value to the enemy was of equal or sometimes more value to the Sith, admittedly. She recognized the power in seizing from the weak and the chalk white Sith Lord appreciated a Sith of her stature to adhere to the Sith Code, even in a time when the Dark Side was at it's most giving state, allowing many of it's champions power beyond the Jedi's most haunting nightmares.

Yet, speaking of nightmares one stood before them all. The aged, hyper-intelligent wrecking ball of a Sith Knight known as [member="Darth Skaarj"] towered above the remaining sentients in the space whom were all of average height, give or take a few inches. Helios witnessed the beast in combat on a few occasions, remembering each time the joy he'd felt seeing the 9'8, 1500lb De'Nochsax release the aroma of death and pain as he punished those whom opposed him. As his affinity in the Force increased, Helios knew that he would become an even greater being in this particular galaxy. His studies would advance him into the infinity of the Dark Side's greatest potential with time. Time spent mellowing and bathing himself within the Darkness of his own being, rather than through the Force. Something Helios was sure the giant also knew himself, if it had not already been accomplished.

And finally the voice of another Sith Lord, [member="Darth Venefica"] spoke into the corrupted air of the bridge, turning the attention towards her reassuring agreement with Arcanix. Whence Helios returned from his duties, a lot happened in that period. The Dark Lord had sent him into the fringes of wild space on a lone mission, which to great dismay from both the Dark Lord and Helios himself, ended in failure. The penalty was demotion from being a Hand of the Dark Lord, something which wounded the Eldorai's pride more than anything else. But a spark of his own madness that he'd developed during his round of missions were amplified in what he saw before him. [member="Darth Vornskr"], whom was close to Helios, held the same symptoms as the woman before him. Pale skin, graying hair, sunken eyes. A physical testament of long-term usage of the Dark Side. At least that is what Helios attributed her appearance to. More interesting than everything else he noted of her during his quick study was her teeming emotions. Unlike the madness that had spawned in great Sith Lords of the past, like Kaan, Parnax, and even Gravid, Helios could see how obvious it was that she was not ruled by it. His assessment of her continued until she finished speaking and then he himself chimed in, his raspy-inhuman voice dragging out of his throat like dry leaves blowing across uneven pavement.

"Whatever the Republic possesses I think it best that we investigate. What weakens them, strengthens us."

Balaya looked and listened to them as she agreed. Investigating the republic's holdings for something that could strengthen them was always a powerful thing. Investigating a place a jedi council member used to send things that were not in other reports well that showed something more while they were looking at the Nebula. Her eyes flicking back and forth with excitement under the cybernetics almost before they were coming to the end of the nebula. Hyperspace buoys directing towards an opening while she looked towards the nebula until they could detect the planet inside. "Master there is more, we are reading something large at the edge of scanners." That was what she needed, they were going someplace deeper within the nebula and she had a few things to look at. "We'll head in and let the drones scout. Whatever it there this is much like Hapes. Make sure your soldiers are prepared for boarding actions and have all hands at their stations." There was a nod and movement as the large zeltron let her eyes look and zoom in to try and spot anythign that might be there.

A large mass at the edge of scanners? Taeli was almost certain it had to be some sort of space station, and where better to hide something like that then in the Deep Core and within a nebula like the Transitory Mists. She was immensely curious to study whatever it was, even if it meant dealing with any security forces left on the station.

"I'll be joining a boarding assault," she said, turning and leaving the bridge. Her intellectual curiosity was raising its head now, and patching her datapad into the the sensor readouts, she could see a clearer and clearer picture of what was coming. A secret space station was going to be rife with information, equipment, possibly prisoners to liberate. Well, the possibilities were endless.

[member="Darth Arcanix"]

Balaya gave a nod of her head to Arcanix, there were teams being loaded up with her men and team. If they needed more it would have to work but there were some things working in their favor. The Council had used this, secretly... Selena sending prisoners captured into it and Metalorn, The Pit when killing wasn't allowed. The council had neglected and made it to survive for years without contact if it was based on the original prison. That was the vagueness of it from the intelligence reports the former hand and apprentice to the Dark Lord had given. She moved directing the soldiers she had for fighting in these situations and looking towards Arcanix. "I do not know what there might be there, Daella gave this information and based on historical records jedi prisons or stations are notorious for being isolated. We might face ones who have no idea what has happened within the galaxy."

Jedi prisons? That had an appeal to the Sith Lady, one she found extremely interesting. If Darth Arcanix was going to hit the space station, that would divert most attention to that leaving Darth Venefica the opportunity to investigate the prisons.
"With your permission Darth Praelior," she began not really asking but making it a statement, "I can take a small team down to the surface and infiltrate the prisons while Darth Arcanix sacks the space station. We can obtain all sorts of information from the prison's computer terminals."
Darth Venefica could assume that some of the prisoners, most of which hated their captors, could be brought into the fold as allies once they view the Sith as their liberators. Sith prisoners could be freed from their cells to rejoin their Sith family while any Dark Jedi incarcerated could be swayed into joining the Sith cause, or die for their refusal.

"That's part of the fun, Balaya," Taeli laughed. She always enjoyed exploring something unknown . . . even if that could lead to sticky situations that became headaches. "If there is an isolated garrison there, it will likely be at half strength or less depending upon how many didn't get taken by the Nether. Including prisoners, if there are any. Should be interesting, but I'll let you know what I find."

Moving away from the bridge in a twirl of her dress, Taeli strode through the ship to the hanger where insertion teams were being prepped for the infiltration and capture of the station. All veterans, they also knew Taeli from her actions in several battles from the latest campaign as a competent commander and one who didn't throw her troops away needlessly.

"Right, we're going to be the assault force," she said to the platoon captains. "Our missions is to strike fast and secure as much of the prison as we can. Reinforcements will arrive as we capture more airlocks and hanger bays. We don't have a layout of the station and we don't know how many Republic and Jedi personal remain on board. Any questions?"

"What about prisoners if they are willing to join us?" the captain of Besh company asked.

"If they are willing, give them arms, if not secure them in their cells to be processed later," she said. "Let's move out."

Striding onto the nearest transport, she nodded at the men and women who made up the team. With a rumble, several of the transports and accompanying starfighters in case they needed an escort took off for the station.

Balaya looked at the two as she spoke. "Ghost prisons at least the one on record had no soldiers, no guards, one warden and droids. Prisoners in detachable blocks designed to in case of riot or escape attempts be sent into the void. It was the station, so be aware at all moments, the planet we'll be searching as well." Though she was going off historical records from when the emperor fought at one. Now it was up to them while she was going towards seeing it on the edge of her vision. The dull silver of the station looking like a geometric shape in space ribbed with sections. "Assuming they were affected and were using the same procedure as the ancient ghost prison. The isolation and neglect is a double bladed sword, their ally in hiding and avoiding detection but ours in them not being able to get reinforcements." She was moving and motioned the forces towards the ships to go after the station.

The nebulae really was beautiful in this area of space, Taeli thought as the dropship she was in streaked through space to the station the Republic and Jedi had been using. Not a defense stirred, almost as if they weren't manned or the defenders were not expecting a raid on them. This was deep in Sith space now, but they were isolated.

"Coming within laser cannon range," the pilot yelled, and there was an immediate reaction as men gripped their weapons tighter.

The other dropships and their escorts were still not getting fired upon either, and Taeli was getting tense why they weren't. That tension let go when flashes of lasers started to fly past and explode near the ships. So there were still some defenders there, and. . . A laser erupted against a nearby dropship and all hands were lost, but the escorting fighter craft began to attack the weapon emplacements while the dropships headed for airlocks and the hanger.

"Get ready!" she ordered, drawing her lightsaber.

The dropship she was in shook as cannon emplacement locked onto them, but it was too late as the ship streaked into the hanger bay. Pings could be heard as blaster bolts ricocheted off the shields of the ship. The sides slid open and the men rappelled down into the hanger, firing their rifles as they went while the dropship opened up with the limited weaponry they had on the Republic defenders.

Balaya looked upon the station and the planet. Her eyes flaring a little behind the purple cybernetics with energy flares. A small smirk on her face while Arcanix was proving what she was one of the sith voices more skilled apprentices. Sadly the only one who had proven a friend she could enjoy being around without ego... A shame really as Balaya was motioning for the soldiers to continue forward. "Send teams to the planet below and see what they have sent there, atmosphere from the readings is heavily poisoned. Use suits and sithspawn if it is needed and gather intel." She wasn't leaving some things to chance as the ship continued forward with her ship going towards the stations lower areas. She was searching to try and find anything on the station.

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Jumping from the dropship onto the hanger deck, her lightsaber flashing to life in a scarlet plume of energy, Taeli began deflecting fire back at the defenders who were still here. More Sith dropships continued to fly in, several squads already on the ground, but several men had not made it. Using the Force, she sent a few Force Pushes at a team of men who were setting up an E-Web turret.

"Keep moving!" she ordered. "Secure the hanger bay controls!"

"Yes, Lady Arcanix!" and the troopers moved from cover to cover, under sustained fire. It was still tough going as the defenders seemed to have supplemented their numbers with defense droids. How annoying, but it did mean there was something still worth guarding here on the station.

[member="Darth Arcanix"]

The trip towards the lower levels had brought danger, as Balaya's ship made it and she watched one get blasted away. A sneer on her face while she was going towards the doors and opened them. Directing the soldiers she had out and to head at the ready to the control room. She sensed a lack of things, a severe lack of opposition inside but that was to be expected as the darkside energies came to her. There were prisoners here, some from when she was an apprentice under kaine to when Selena took over the jedi and rallied them against the sith. A dangerous and smart game but if they hadn't had Daella give information this might never have been found. Balaya was looking at droids with flame units and stunners while she directed her horsewomen towards them. "Obliterate."
