Not open for further replies.
Intent: To create a new line of beers of various flavors under the Evaar'gal line name for Betna's Brewing Incorporated to sell on the open market, both inside and out of Mandalorian space.
Development Thread: N/A
Manufacturer: Betna's Brewing Incorporated
Modularity: None.
Production: Mass Produced
Material:
Four different "secret" malts pulled from Betna's personal recipes and from various areas on Mandalore (Equivalent to the Belgian Aromatic, Belgian Cara-Munich, German Munich, and German Pilsner malts mixed together).
Hops pulled from small farms west of Enceri (equivalent to Tettnang hops)
Brewing yeast (Betna's own blend)
Clear water pulled from the Keldabe river, far upstream from the city.
Description:

The Evaar'gal, meaning "New/Young Ale" in Mando'a, is BBI's newest addition to their brewing line. Carrying a higher alcohol content when compared to most netra'gal variants, it also has a maltier taste with a sweeter flavor, though not too sweet as to make the flavor overbearing. The beer is made during the end of the cold season, just as the weather starts turning warmer. This allows the brewers to use up the last of their brewing ingredients for the season and begin prepping for the following season late in the summer. This allows a variety of Evaar'gal flavors to be produced of varying sweetness, malt, and alcohol content (roughly a dozen varieties ranging in flavor)

The beer is left to ferment for two weeks at around 10C then placed where it can lager (ferment for a longer period of time in colder temperatures, usually for two months at 2-4C). Once finished, the beer is bottled, labeled, and sent to sellers in the region where you, the buyer, are then able to purchase a case of crisp, refreshing, and sweet Evaar'gal.
