- Appearance: Olex Rushkatov is 2 meters tall, and is rather bulky looking by Pyke standards. His head extends backwards at a strange angle compared to other Pykes, but this does not affect his health or intelligence in any way. In fact, it actually makes him more attractive by Pyke standards. He can usually be found wearing an officious looking blue uniform which denotes his status as the Baron Of Tatooine. When in combat however, he prefers to wear his battle uniform, which looks considerably different than standard Pyke combat uniforms. For example, it takes some design cues from the uniforms worn by the clone troopers of the galactic republic.

- Wealth: Olex Rushkatov has a large amount of money, due to inheriting the title of Baron of Tatooine from his father along with all associated properties and finances. He has also made plenty of money on his own enterprises, such as digital finance swindling and sand exports.

- Skills: Olex Rushkatov is a notably skilled fighter, both with his unique heavy blaster and his bare fists. However, his true talent is computers. With enough time, he could easily make a supercomputer capable of managing a planet with nothing but a sandcrawler and a box of computer chips. Rather than for good purposes, he prefers uses this talent to swindle gullible retirees living it up on planets like Zeltros out of their retirement trust funds. Recently, he has also tried to take up gardening, despite living on a desert planet.

- Personality: Olex Rushkatov has a rather inflated opinion on himself, but unlike many tyrants, does not let his ego totally define his personality. He tends to speak very little, as he sees talking as a waste of time. Actions do speak louder than words on a place like Tatooine after all. He also does not tend to flaunt his wealth much, and frowns upon people who do. Interestingly, he seems to be interested in gardening, despite having lived in a desert for his entire life.

- Well Connected: As the Baron of Tatooine, Olex Rushkatov has connections to a wide variety of people in high places. Even the Mandalorian Enclave could do nothing about him when they took over the planet.
- Computer Skills: Information/Technology knowledge can be very valuable when used correctly, and Olex Rushkatov certainly knows how to do that.
- Fragile Ego: It is very easy to goad Olex Rushkatov into doing something he should not by attacking his ego.
- Can Not Adapt: Olex Rushkatov’s plans are not very flexible, so it is difficult for him to respond to sudden changes and developments.
Olex Rushkatov was born on the planet Tatooine. His parents were Baron Heinklad Rushkatov and Baroness Porfola Rushkatov. His childhood was not particularly eventful, but it is when he first became skilled in computer use. When he was 19, he visited his species’ home planet of Oba Diah for the first time. During this visit, he met Jej Ulchtar/Darth Exalton, the Grand Wsjirari of the Pyke Syndicate. To say the least, they did not get along well at all.
Several years later, Heinklad Rushkatov died and Olex became the new Baron of Tatooine. Olex quickly declared that the Tatooine Pykes were seceding from the main syndicate. When this happened, Jej Ulchtar was busy training as a Sith Lord, and the Pyke Syndicate was under the control of Vintelzo Vries. Vintelzo failed to stop Olex from seceding and ever since then, the Tatooine Pykes have been independent.
Olex has put his computer knowledge to use by starting a computer hacking center in the town of Mos Anek. In addition to this, he has been exporting sand off of Tatooine in large amounts in order to manufacture computer chips on Cymoon 1. His control over Tatooine has expanded considerably since the Mandalorian Enclave moved in and killed his main rival, Miran Kril, in an attempt to secure their power. Ultimately, this display did nothing but make Olex truly untouchable to anyone on Tatooine. As it turns out, Mandalorian soldiers are easier to bribe than most stories would suggest, and Olex has been taking full advantage of this.
