The Barbazu is designed to address this issue, but also allowing for the versatility and individualism of the various factions and units within the Sith Order. Created from lessons Aurora Industries had learned through its Vulcan Foundries subsidiary, the Barbazu is formed from a combination of gammaplast and dallorian alloy composite plates treated with a laser-reflective coating and an agrinium underlay reinforced with a thermal gel and bistate gel insulator. This combination gives the armor impressive protection against energy-based weaponry and kinetic-based weaponry while still allowing for the weight to remain on par with many other infantry armors.
The armor, much like other armors from Aurora, has an integrated recharging and storage hardpoint on the backplate, allowing each individual soldier to carry a support drone or jetpack.
