As smile spread across her face as she watched him approach, wanting desperately to run to him and throw her arms around him. Her heart raced and her stomach fluttered with a mix of nerves and delight. How long had it been since they saw each other last? Days? Weeks? Duty kept them apart more often than it did together. It didn't matter though, he was here and they could enjoy this night as them, not as members of the order.

His greeting caught her off guard and a frown tugged at her forehead. Did he really want to keep up this pretence? Everyone knew, they were just too polite to say anything about it, no matte how hard both of them tried to keep their feelings under wraps something always slipped through. Before she could comment or think about any from of argument about it he kissed her.

Her heart soared as she kissed him back, arms coiling about his neck as she forgot about everything and everyone in the room around them. while she had respected Darron's wished about keeping the relationship they had quiet she had hated every moment of their façade when in public. This moment made her the happiest woman in the galaxy, to know that they didn't have to hide how they felt.

Finally pulling away from this kiss she laughed softly taking his face in her hands as their foreheads touched, her eyes glittering with joy. "You look handsome." she said softly before pulling him into a tight hug, nuzzling his neck. "I missed you."

Wedding tip. Kalia was giving her wedding tips? Did she forget?
"While I appreciate the gesture," she responded, careful not to snap at her well meaning friend, "this isn't my first walk down the aisle, you know."
And that little reminder made her wince. Last time, hasn't she been this happy? Look how that turned out.
"Is everybody seated?" she asked, nervously fiddling with her necklace, "Would you mind checking? I want to get this underway right on time."
She nervously glanced at the time as she fiddled with her pearls. It was well known that Feena was strict about punctuality.

There was a time and a place for everything, and decorum was to always be observed.

Here was THE GrandMaster of the Jedi Order smooching with a Jedi Knight, and both were dressed as well wishers, not as Jedi.

That was what most people in the room had to be thinking, but in this moment Darron Wraith could care less. The love of his life, Rosa Mazhar, was in his arms and he was enjoying this moment with her. Sure, he could have let off on the passion, but it had been over a week since he had last seen her. In terms of Jedi, and how they lived, that was a very long time. Every hello was a pleasant surprise, a hope that kept many buoyed in the dark waters of the galaxy. Each goodbye could be the last, and it only made their love that much stronger. That both knew that duty came first, and that their love would have to come second was an added bonus. An accord had been reached to keep the Order above their relationship, and that applied in all situations. Yet on this day, neither were robed, nor wearing lightsabers, and there were no threats. No, on this day, it was just simple.

It was just Darron kissing Rosa, and Rosa reciprocating.

That simple was all that occupied his thoughts, even as all eyes were on the pair. His forehead pressed against hers after drawing away, but their bodies appeared to be glued together. A soft chuckle escaped his throat as he admired her beauty for a second. "No, you my dear are quite beautiful. I have missed you more than I could ever describe with words. Please, let us enjoy this day, and get seated?"

With much effort he pulled the love of his life, the one who completed him down the long aisle to where he had been standing earlier. Taking their seats, Darron motioned for all those around to do the same. The ceremony would begin soon. "Guess we can continue the fun at the reception guys." His voice barely audible, Darron turned to Ben, who sat on the other side of him. "Make sure you don't end up doing this with Master Kerberos one day, I see how she looks at you." Turning to look over at Seroth he spoke to the younger Jedi briefly. "Good to see you came my friend, I'm surprised you would show for such an event...and sorry for what you saw." Blue eyes went to Rosa to show the implied meaning, a sheepish grin crossed his face as he turned back to face the stage where vows would be exchanged.

Synth-skin hand grabbed Rosa's free one and he gave it a gentle squeeze as music began to play.

"Could you ever see us up there one day love?"

The box in his jacket pocket once more came to the forefront of his thoughts.

"When the invitation notice arrived, I thought you'd posted it incorrectly," The boy admitted to Darron, fingers adjusting the white-starched collar cupping too close in across his throat. "Though when you threatened me in the post-script, that you'd fill my drawers with Subterrel ice-sand if I neglected the summons, I knew it was a genuine proposal."

A footman, a near-human with such vague facial features making cross-species identification impossible, sidled in with a high platter. Arrayed on a snowflake duvet were miniature Ideon-meat sandwiches, topped with toothpick spires affixed with nearly translucent olive flesh. Beside them, wafer-crackers lain with melted cheeses and spicy... 'chicken' slices? Seroth felt he was a far cry from being considered 'well-traveled', but even the rough-and-tumble trials Adamant Company had endured did nothing to educate him on fine "dining". Helplessly, the boy looked to Ben, to Jaxton, to Darron. Each simply shrugged their dressed shoulders in turn.

Swallowing misapprehension, he thanked the waitperson and selected a small wafer-cracker with the strange, red-banded flesh slivers. Seroth regarded it a moment, scenting with a nostril flare. ...The Knight-youth bared his teeth and bit down with a hearty crunch, chewing adamantly away.

His eyes widened. They watched him turn over his heel and spit into a nearby waist-bin, by the long catering table. "Pfffft!"

"I know but let's pretend its your first," she smiled leaving to check on the guests. Everything was in order it seemed and everyone was sitting down. They were all set to go they just needed Keter front and center where was he? More than likely getting himself ready still. He would be up there soon she was sure of this he had to be up there. This wedding was going to go off without a hitch. Feena demanded it so Kalia would ensure it happened.

It was occasions like this that made her miss John even more than she already did. He was away on deployment otherwise she would have brought him along as her plus one. On her calendar she counted the days until his return which seemed so far away. It wasn't a set date either and he could be gone longer but she seriously hoped not. How long had it been since he left? She had lost count long ago. All she had right now was her memories of him and their wedding which would have to suffice for now. If he asked her to marry him again she would do so in a heart beat. Their love had only grown stronger in all of the years they had been together. Not many knew she was married. It wasn't a big secret it was just that she didn't go flaunting it around.

Seeing everything in place she turned and headed back to the room Feena was getting ready in. "Everyone is seated and we are just waiting on Keter whom is almost ready." She was sure that everything was fine with him he was just taking a little longer.

They were waiting on @[member="Keter"]? Where was he? He knew she hated to be kept waiting! There was no room for error in her plans. She had the entire night scheduled perfectly.
"He better be almost ready," she grumbled, snatching up her bouquet, "I don't wait, even for my own husband. This wedding will continue on time, if I have to find him myself and drag him up there with me!"
She was being deadly serious about that too. She was actually about to do just that.

Keter sighed as he stood against the dais in the main hall that acted as the altar. The ceremony would start soon. Though he had found it endlessly amusing how Barnabus' cohorts took to the roles of waiting staff. Seeing such grizzled mercenaries as simple waiters made the blond want to laugh. But that would ruin the moment so he stifled his mirth and continued to wait, keeping an eye on the children in the front row. ANy moment now, it would begin, and he would be married...

"I'm sure I just missed him and he's there now. He wouldn't want to do anything that could possibly upset you." The last thing she wanted was to have to drag them both down the aisles and make a scene. Kalia always tried to conduct herself appropriately in public.

It wasn't long before she started to hear the music began which meant this party was about to get started. Well, not the party as of yet but the ceremony. The party would come afterwards not that.

Music. Feena glanced at the time again. Her fingers tightened on the flowers in her hands nervously. A few steps down that aisle, a few words, and she would be married. Again. This one would be different. This time it would be real.
She smiled a giddy smile at Kalia.
"Well, this is it!"
With that she stepped out of her bedroom and made her way down to the main hall that the marriage ceremony was to take place in.

He could hear the music playing. Showtime. Keter swallowed, his mouth suddenly dry. Typical nerves. He smiled despite himself as he stood by the dais, watching over the hall as the guests took their seats. Barnabus and his crew slowly took their positions around the edges of the hall, perfect servants awaiting their call...or guards covering any potential entryways. Slevin had the children well under control, and K-36215 stood off to one side, ready to assist in anything. But this was it. Feena would be coming down that aisle momentarily. Then a few exchanges of words and they would be wed.

It was a small wedding. The ceremony was simple, just her down the aisle. She had no parents. Neither of them did, really. Nobody to walk with her on this journey. She would just have to do it alone. But oh, at the end of that journey, what she had waiting for her.
She took a deep breath and stopped just outside the double doors, waiting for them to open. On the other side of those large doors waited her friends and her family. Nothing could stop her now.

"I"ll be back in a moment, love. I have something I need to do."

With that Darron Wraith walked down the aisle as everyone took their seats, and he opened the door quickly. It closed behind him and it was just him and Jedi Master Feena standing there. He looked her up in down in her dress, and he beamed a huge grin at her. "You truly look magnificent today Feena, are you ready for this?" He walked to stand beside her and held his elbow out to her waiting for her.

"You didn't think I would let you walk down the aisle alone did you?"

The music was playing. His red eyes focused on the doors, ignoring everyone else taking their seats. His lips briefly quirked into a smile. Showtime.

Feena was fiddling with her flowers nervously. Any second. Any second. A voice at her side made her almost jump.
@[member="Darron Wraith"] was waiting with his arm offered to her like a Father ready to give his daughter away. Feena supposed, that in a way, he was the closest she had to that right now. he was, after all, the leader of the Order, her Order. She smiled and took his arm.
"Thank you," she whispered just as the doors opened.

There, gathered, were her friends from the order, family. Her eyes swept across the room. @[member="Seroth Ur-Rahn"], @[member="Rosa Mazhar"], @[member="Ben Watts"], @[member="Padak Arciso"], and @[member="Jaxton Ravos"], were a few of the guests she spotted. Her eyes found her children, watching. Lucinda had her hands clutched tight on her basket, looking a little uncomfortable, but even she managed to smile.
And up ahead, waiting, was @[member="Keter"]. Once she spotted him, the rest of the world melted away.

Rosa was pondering his question before he got up to leave her. She closed her eyes and let out a long sigh. Could she see them up there? Rising with the rest of the group as the music began she turned to look back at Feena as Darron walked her down the ailse and her heart lurched.

Yes, she could see them doidng this. Without a doubt she could see it. The joyous emotions in the room overwhelmed her and she found tears in her eyes. "Drat," she muttered as she tried to wipe them away, smiling widely as she did.

There was nothing more beautiful than love and right now it vibrated loudly through the force, between her and Darron as she caught his eye, and between Feena and Keter. Rosa bowed her head, shaking slightly with her tears of joy. when she looked up again, The two of them had reached the end of the aisle. "I need a tissue." she muttered before rummaging through the small handbag in which she had put her lightsaber, though for some stupid reason, no tissues.

Cecil felt like a stiff. His mother had made him wear a suit and it was all tight in places he didn't like and the little bowtie was kind of choking him a bet. Why did people wear these sorts of things? He squirmed a little, standing somewhat near to where Keter was because he was the ring bearer. That's what you get for being the bride's oldest child. He'd rather be sitting off in the back corner of the room or something, watching where no one else was going to bother him.

But no, he was standing right in front of EVERYONE feeling rather uncomfortable. And then the doors opened and here came his mother walking down the aisle. She was beautiful and he couldn't help but stare a bit. What little boy didn't love their mother? Cecil especially loved his and she looked fantastic. But now he didn't know what he was doing so he just kind of stood there and looked uncomfortable as he watched her and waited.

He smiled as Feena came down the aisle, being escorted by the grand master himself. That made him somewhat apprehensive. The man had a fearsome reputation, and Keter knew one day there was a good chance they would clash. And the blond knew he would not be the one to walk away from the encounter. But such was life, and for today, Dis was a place of truce. Nothing mattered but this day. His smile was focused solely on Feena, his mind working hard to banish the dark thoughts that plagued him.

She at least had her friends and family here. He only had his retinue...true friends of course, but so far from the wealth Feena inadvertently flaunted today. A part of him felt great sorrow for the first time in years for the loss of his family. But he crushed that emotion and glanced down at Cecil, standing by the dais, their ring bearer. "Steady," the blond advised queitly. "You just need to hand over the rings when necessary. You'll be fine," Keter reminded his step-son gently with a slight nod of his head as Feena joined them before the gathered crowd.

Cecil looked away from his mother for a moment when Keter spoke to him.

"Right."

Looking down at the rings, he shifted his feet back and forth a few times, and then looked up at Keter again. This man was marrying his mother. He wasn't entirely sure what that meant for them. They already acted like they were married according to what he'd learned married was. But that was alright. He had a job to do and he was going to do it. He went back to waiting for his mom to get there.

At the end of the aisle, Feena stopped, turned to @[member="Darron Wraith"], gave the Grandmaster a brief hug and nod before stepping up the step to the low stage. She held onto her bouquet so tightly she thought she was going to snap the stems. She saw her son out of the corner of her eye. @[member="Keter"] was smiling. She had no reason to feel nervous. They lived like a married couple already.
"Keter?"
Her grip loosened and she reached out one hand for him to take.

Lucy shifted uncomfortable in the dress she wore. She didn't like any of this, she didn't trust Keter, she hated the dress, she despised the basket in her hand even more. She had only been standing their for a little while and all ready she was beginning to get twitchy. She did her best though, because Cecil was so quiet she needed to be, and because her mother had asked her to be good.

But when her mother appeared at the end of the aisle all her hates melted away and she smiled. She was like a princess in a fairy tale and it made her grin a small giggle escaped her which she bit her lip to stop. she looked up once more at Keter her smile fading slightly.

There were better people she could be walking down the aisle to meet.
