He has been to this world quite a lot of times, not because it struck him sentimental - he wasn't, he did not even consider himself capable of feeling that, but because it was a blooming hub for slaves and slaves were useful. Not only for their labor and workforce but also because they were alive and perfectly suited for experiments. Nobody asked after them and nobody really cared what was going on with them. In rarest of times they also yielded a Force sensitive which was a potential asset and could be transformed into something more useful, but that was quite rare. He did not find someone akin to himself yet.
This time Darth Titanus sat foot upon the world again to see the change it has gone through. Imperialists have taken a hold, proclaiming the greatness of the Galactic Empire without Sith. Ironic. A 'former' Sith talking about the evil of the Sith and embracing the only time the Sith actually ruled over the entire Galaxy. The Dark Lord wanted to see it with his own eyes and see what this new no-Sith all-imperial utopia on the most infamous slave world in the Galaxy would be.
So he had travelled here and was walking through the streets, between citizens, slaves, police and military as a middle aged man with a cane in a long robe, the hood back, the sea-green eyes observing his surroundings with some sort of curiosity. Domination through order. It was one of the weaker aspects he thought, ranking far below fear, but the imperials were just like the Jedi and Sith, they were refusing to die and even the great 'Eternal Father' had bent the knee to imperial doctrine to be incorporated into Sith philosophy.
We will see how that works out. He slowly walked through one of the main promenades, between merchants, delicious smelling streetfood, even some green trees and busy citizens straight towards the center, the imperial palace.
