He has been to this world quite a lot of times, not because it struck him sentimental - he wasn't, he did not even consider himself capable of feeling that, but because it was a blooming hub for slaves and slaves were useful. Not only for their labor and workforce but also because they were alive and perfectly suited for experiments. Nobody asked after them and nobody really cared what was going on with them. In rarest of times they also yielded a Force sensitive which was a potential asset and could be transformed into something more useful, but that was quite rare. He did not find someone akin to himself yet.

This time Darth Titanus sat foot upon the world again to see the change it has gone through. Imperialists have taken a hold, proclaiming the greatness of the Galactic Empire without Sith. Ironic. A 'former' Sith talking about the evil of the Sith and embracing the only time the Sith actually ruled over the entire Galaxy. The Dark Lord wanted to see it with his own eyes and see what this new no-Sith all-imperial utopia on the most infamous slave world in the Galaxy would be.

So he had travelled here and was walking through the streets, between citizens, slaves, police and military as a middle aged man with a cane in a long robe, the hood back, the sea-green eyes observing his surroundings with some sort of curiosity. Domination through order. It was one of the weaker aspects he thought, ranking far below fear, but the imperials were just like the Jedi and Sith, they were refusing to die and even the great 'Eternal Father' had bent the knee to imperial doctrine to be incorporated into Sith philosophy.

We will see how that works out. He slowly walked through one of the main promenades, between merchants, delicious smelling streetfood, even some green trees and busy citizens straight towards the center, the imperial palace.

It was rare to see Darth Wallgof wandering the streets of the Imperial Order capital, especially since the Sith were not a welcomed site, but he had taken the guise of being an Inquisitor on patrol. It was the only way that he could operate and have a somewhat public appearance. His face was still hidden behind the mask that he never removed and his presence in the Force was hidden so that any Force Sensitives wandering the city would not be able to sense the Dark Side strongly linked to the Sith Lord. It was a blessing to use the naivety of Imperials who believed they could establish peace through order, to manipulate that into a campaign against the Jedi.

The shadows of the Imperials were the best place for his kind to operate from. It allowed the Sith to weaken the Jedi without facing multiple enemies. There was a number of factions wishing to stand against the Jedi ways for the moment and the Imperial Order was happy to assist them all, as long as the Jedi were extinct. When the Imperial Order succeed, then Wallgof's dark council could step out of the shadows and take control once more. Where the Imperial Order believed it was taking the lessons from the first Galactic Empire without the Sith leadership, what was happening in actuality was much closer to the way it operated before.

As Wallgof wandered the streets, he noticed the presence of a person that he did not recognise. It was someone with the clear intentions of heading to the Imperial palace. A location that was forbidden to visitors and standard citizens. For the safety of the Emperor, only those that were recognised as dedicated to the Imperial Order cause and trustworthy were permitted inside. Seeing this stranger attempting to move towards the Imperial Palace, Wallgof stepped over to them and place a hand on their shoulder, preventing them moving forward. The tall figure of the Inquisitor standing in front of them.

"Visitors are not permitted in the Imperial Tower. Especially ones who have not arranged a meeting beforehand, I recommend you enjoy the marketplace." Darth Wallgof gave the voice and tone of an Inquisitor working a patrol.
