- Appearance: Aubin is a large quadrupedal predator like the rest of their species. Their whole body can change in color, but they're usually either snow white or a tiger strip of green and black.

- Personality: Aubin is vastly loyal to Eliz, going about helping him on hunts to the best of their ability. They're energetic, excitable, and often easily distracted when not on a hunt. They believe themselves to be far smaller than they actually are. They'll try to fit into small beds or nooks, climb into peoples laps despite being noticeably larger, and sometimes just gets stuck trying to fit through small holes.
- Training: They've been trained as both a tracker and a stealth operative. With their natural ability to blend into their surroundings and keen intelligence it was an easy enough task to have Aubin learn how to follow Eliz into most situations without being seen. As well as making use of it's natural hunting skills to track and find prey and bounties alike.
- Combat Function: Given that they're just a beast with no ability to use weaponry, they stick to the shadows during combat. Occasionally leaping out when the opportunity arises to hit and run enemies before fading out of sight. They're good at not getting in Eliz's way, though Eliz tries to keep them out of a fight as much as possible. At least until it might be given armor.
- Stealth: Aubin's ability to blend into their surroundings by changing their color makes them naturally adept at keeping out of sight and sneaking.
- Well Trained: Aubin is quick to react to specific hand signs and whispers, no matter how distracted they might be.
- Nonsentient: Aubin is still just an animal. They have no ability to use tools or solve complex problems. Or speak.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Eliz found Aubin when they were little more than a couple months old. Their parents were killed by another group of predators and was likely to be killed and eaten next. Eliz however killed those predators and rescued the cub. He brought them home and over time the two formed a bond. As Aubin got larger Eliz started to train it to be more than just a pet, teaching it how to help him track and hunt down bounties. They're fiercely loyal to Eliz, and will do anything to keep the half Chiss alive.
