[SIZE=9pt]Rex Taff the minister for science for the CIS and Kaine Australis were talking about joint projects when this design was brought up. With a few improvements and some modular weapons, the design was ready for production. Given it was created by Mandal Arms they could keep a copy of the schematics, while Rex set about getting them into production. Among the improvement were targeting processors, modular weaponry. However, as they are still small they are easy to crush, but that also made them hard to hit. Even with targeting processes they sometimes still hit each other when they are launched in a swarm like they are designed to be used.[/SIZE]
