STRENGTHS

• ACES HIGH: The Starviper easily meets and exceeds the standard of most mainline starfighter patterns in use by Galactic navies today, possessing a fast firing and lethal panoply of war that easily puts down vessels of the same class with ease, utilizing its superior speed and maneuverability to gain battlefield dominance.
• SABOTAGE: With a compliment of sabotage droids held in aft mounted launchers apart of the main cabin, the Starviper can drop strafing runs of the loitering sabotage droids unto larger vessels or squadron formations of starfighters which can damage the advanced systems of enemy vessels to the point of making them inoperable should they go unfettered.

WEAKNESSES

• LARGE PROFILE: The eccentric profile of the Starviper can make it both an easily acquired target with visual sensors as well as a troublesome vessel to maneuver at the hands of a pilot not wholly experienced with the vessel's shape and profile
• FORWARD FACING: Whilst it is largely the Galactic standard in starfighter doctrine, save for a slight swivel of the main guns of the Starviper, the entirety of the attack platform's armament compliment is forward facing, leaving it vulnerable to flanking maneuvers, whilst it is subsided by the vessel's potent maneuverability, it still leaves a large swathe of the starfigher's field of view incapable of self defense or attack.

DESCRIPTION
In the height of the Empire's reign, the Mandalorian Protectorate (the name referring to the period of which the 'Sons of Mandalore' governed Mandalore sector was under the semi-autonomous control of the Fel/Tavlar regime Empire) sought to produce a starfighter platform that could police its rule and dedicate a true fighter compliment to its space superiority doctrine which was both aesthetically and tactically distinct from its Imperial overlords. With Mythosaur Forgeworks being a Techno Union subsidiary, it submitted its initial design specifications to its parent corporation in the Technoid Manufactorum who largely praised the aesthetic callbacks to older MandalMotors designs before providing much of its licensed and in-house produced technological systems to be utilized within the starfighter whilst augmenting Mythosaur's comparatively small manufacturing capabilities on the Ninth Moon of Echoy'la with its own manufacturing capacity provided the starship also be utilizd by the Trade Defense Force (though it ultimately saw limited use in favor of other models due to logistical concerns).

At the time of the fall of the Empire, the Starviper had since seen its role in the Mandalore sector diminished in favor of domestic designs by its current rulers, now seeing sale on the private defense market as an attack platform as agile as it is lethal whilst possessing a distinct and eccentric profile and design language, seeing much popularity in the Galactic underworld and most recently seeing use by the newly re-established Black Sun Crime Syndicate (of which they were sold using shell companies and unregistered serial numbers to avoid being placed directly on the Trade Federation's official records of sale.)
