When the order had been given to fall back, a majority of the surviving troopers ran past him. Javos wobbled stepping forward slowly past them. His injuries were sever, could be healed but his duty was to fight til the last breath of air. Or that's what he believed in. Hearing 404 state his actions, Javos knew what he had to do. Due to his patience in the battle, he had spare ammo and throwables such as grenades.

Once the area cleared of the soldiers who did choose to retreat, Javos pressed and held a button on his comm. "That's a negative on my end as well commander. I'll help keep them off of you with 404. Nice knowing you.." he said laughing. He then tossed his commlink on the ground and stepped on it crushing it.

A few moments later, Javos walked to to 404. "Well, now that that's done.." he said trailing off as he lifted up his blaster. He gave a tilt to his head indicating a smirk. "I'm better with explosives anyways."

"Once we do this, theirs no turning back. Are you sure?" ,he smiled it seems the two brothers in arms would most likely either be captured, or killed. At least this was together .The both of them were looking at the cat sith, after pausing he spoke hastily "If your serious, Ill engage her, you keep these other wamp rats from flanking us. Sound like a plan? " , he was more focused at his opponent he just recently taunted. The lean, and mean athlete would get his chance to go , toe to toe with her. His enemy was large, a perfect target indeed, he would be able to stab the beast in multiple spots without having to worry about missing, perhaps he might have a chance at killing her. He leaped as if to tackle the sith, with pure explosive force, not giving a chance for a response. Many could see he was in top condition, and top shape, this would be a perfect way to go out, fighting for his brothers, and good friend weiss.

The trooper smiled under his helmet. "I'm very sure." he said knowing this was a suicide mission. However, it gave the retreating forces some help.

Javos pulled his pistol out of his holster as well as two thermal detonators, both items in each hand. "I'll do my best." he said with a chuckle. With that being said, the soldiers scanned the area for anyone aiding the sith cat. He still carried the grenades in one hand ready to push their buttons that would explode in seconds.

"Your family will fall into ruin just like the Empire. Scattered, lost, broken. The rest of these so called Imperials will forever cling to forgotten fortress worlds on the edge of the Outer-Rim. Never knowing anything but obscurity." Darth Kentarch taunted the Crinan King. Their blades clashed together, and quickly the Sith Lord pushed back the King. Will the energy weapon he wielded could stop a lightsaber, it was still an inferior weapon compared to Kentarch's red Sith Lightsaber. The royal gaurds quickly surround him and joined the King in their assault. Kentarch jumped in a somersault backwards away from the king.

He slashed at one of the guards, and realized his lightsaber did nothing. Likely Beskar or Phrik, he responded with a devastating telekinetic that sent the guard flying. Mentally he spoke to [member="Darth Ferus"], The King is going to force a retreat, have the Sith Knights cut them off. Then Kentarch focused on the hallway behind them, the escape route of the Imperial forces, again he unleashed another telekinetic assault. The ceiling and the floor above caved in blocking their direct escape.

"You'll never see your loved ones again. So tell me why you run from your own fate?" Darth Kentarch spoke ominously. Seething in the the death and agony of the battle, Kentarch drew the emotions of pain and suffering around him inward, building up for a devastating attack. He charged forward again, slashing again at the King's waistline. Still building up dark side energy within himself.

Everyone else continued to scramble, giving orders or receiving readouts and reports of the battle proceeding. And yet Admiral Tarkin continued to sit patiently in her chair and watched everything from the view of her ship. The leader of the Sith fleet had done as she hoped and turned his attention away from the refugee ships. Good to know he found her more engaging. She'd take that as a compliment if she ever had the chance to meet him face-to-face. His frigates were armed and ready to fire on hers, yet the chiss knew her ships would stand more of a chance with the forward shields still powered. And even as they continued to bare down towards his fleet she gave no word of firing yet. And now it seemed he was trying to use his tactics against her, having the fighters attack the destroyers. Now he was just plain brown-nosing to her; at least she saw it that way.
"Have our turrets return fire." she ordered, meaning the ones on the destroyers. "And keep moving forward."
"But we'll be in the line of fire, ma'am!" her commander pointed out.
"We have shields. And they'll hold. But I want the frigates to move forward ahead of us. Concentrate on their flank. Wipe the out!"
There were no more arguments. The officers only agreed and ordered the frigates to attack the flank. Meanwhile the destroyer turrets opened fire on any sith ships that approached them. And all the while the destroyers continued to move forward and the Imperial fighters were still attacking the command centers and control units of the enemy fleet. Frigates and fighters would be lost for sure but at least Admiral Tarkin would gain an advantage by wiping out the Sith's flank. A wide opening for what she had in store next.
"You're move." she said to herself, though more an indication to the enemy admiral.

"Ow!" the sharp ache would dull into a throb where Aela the Harpy decided to yank a fistful of hair from his head. Indignation and some hurt pride shot through his freckled face, glowering at Aela then at Kai, almost as if her working along with their oldest sibling was treachery in and of itself.

Never mind that he knew very well that Kai was the best one to get them out of this mess, or attempt to. He was fighting his own guilty conscious about getting them into this pile of poodoo without having Aela acting as if she was their mum.

This didn't work any better with him feeling utterly useless as well.

He was just a kid after all; still figuring things out. Rationality was there but emotions were also high. Aela's high handed aloofness for the past several years had been growing on his nerves. His hands would fist at his sides, and right now, that fear, nervousness, guilt and a portion of that self enmity was completely and utterly directed at Aela with such a terrible loathing glare.

Whatever. They can very well do what the heck they wanted on their own. Clearly they didn't need him around.

So without further ado, thrumming with anger, he left.

And so the Zabrak's words were met with no words but a blaster. As Weiss, the commander, tried to snipe the Sith Lord in the back, he would have none of it. Already he had been shot once, and his mind just wouldn't let it happen again. He felt the shot as it was pulled, and his Sith Spear would soar behind his back, knocking the sniper shot away and into the chest of a retreating trooper. They were retreating, all of them.

Trying to escape from Death and War.

But Ferus's eyes were drawn to something far more important than the Storm troopers before him. With a wave of his hand he would have two of his assassins go right for Trask and his men, their blades drawn and ready to kill. He cared little what happened after that, for he saw one of his own apprentices in her most powerful and vulnerable forms. A single wave of his hand however, and Kitty would find one of the larger Sith Assassins shoot her with a tranq dart and, once she was knocked out, lifter her up and leave. This of course could be interrupted by the Storm Troopers aiming to gun her down, but her master was there in a flash, right in between the two and the girl.

The thirteen Assassins that weren't currently doing something however left to the aspect of Death's location, knowing full well that they would have to stop the King from leaving, but this was something else Ferus simply didn't care about. [member="Javos Infored"] and [member="Rick Galurom"] would find cold golden eyes watching them, waiting for a move on their part. There were no words from the Sith Lord now. They had threatened his apprentice, and now they would have to pay for it.

Lightning sparked along the edge of the Sith Spear, filling the tip with its energy. A single touch would unleash the torrent of lightning just as any Sith Sword would do, and the Zabrak had full intention on making the two clones know it's sting.

Kitty's rage started to subside as she was hit by a tranquilizer dart. Suddenly it was getting harder to move as she was quickly getting very tired. Kitty tried to fight it and continue on her rampage but before long she couldn't even stand anymore and the large cat slumped over. Kitty's vision faded to black as what was left of her consciousness left. One of the ridiculously strong assassins in the group used the force to further enhance his strength and drag the 2,000 pound cat away while Ferus covered his downed apprentice.

Cage it up, let it free
This is you, this is me
When it ends, we begin
Say a prayer as we sin

Make it right, can’t you see
Let's unite, victory
Make it right, instantly
Let's unite, victory

This is life, this is death
This is right, this is breath
This is true, how I feel
This is raw, this is real.’

This was not her battle, but it was their battle. She saw Kitty fall and knew instinctively her Master would look to protect her. It was how he had been in the training session they’d all attended, so why would it be any different now?

She was not here to protect Kitty or help Darth Ferus per se. If they were worthy they would live – just as she would. But that did not mean she could not help them – if for no other reason than it increased her own odds for survival.

So she took up a position at the Sith Lord’s back. And being a warrior of few words, she said nothing. He would know she was here, he would have sensed her the moment she arrived. Her focus was not on pleasantries or bating the enemy. Instead she gave all of her attention to the surroundings. To blocking incoming fire and following Ferus as he protected his Acolyte and made his way from the scene. Any troopers that strayed too close would be the first to taste death from the twin blades of her new saber. She would have preferred for it to have lost its virginity with the blood of a Jedi, but beggars can’t be choosers. This could simply be a warm-up for the main event.

She’d caged it up, and now it was time to let it free.

Blaze it.

Kaili couldn’t help feeling at least a little bit guilty over Micah disappearing. For all they knew it was she who could have done the very same thing. Playing with a starship, it was really just a matter of time before one of them did it but at least now they knew why they must never ever try this stunt again. Did they even know the name of the planet outside their viewport? In a sense it added a hint of comedy to it all but Kaili wasn’t laughing.

Her sister had knelt down. The comforting look of a hero. This person that in secret Kaili looked up to even if she never really made that as obvious as she should have. She still wondered what most of the things her sister wrote of in her diary was about. Whatever it was about seemed important, if not to Kaili then to her sister.

A crooked smile spread across the girl’s face.

“Okay.” She nodded at her sister. “I can do this.”

Her attention set on the navigational computers. It was all alien territory to the young kid. Even if she may have been the weird link to the Talith curse she too had crashed a fair amount of times already. Not as spectacularly as the others, but the failures would still creep up on the kid as she held her breath.

The pull of the planet was still affecting the family ship. They had to get out of this and even though it wasn’t the case Kaili felt like the only hope the family had. Mother knew ships, probably. Father knew ships, hopefully. Micah and Aela knew of ships, and Maleah, well Kai wasn’t sure.

Her hand reached for the systems and got to work.

“Okay, okay. Gut feeling says...” The girl drew up a route on the map. “This.”

A trajectory leading dangerously close to one of the more distant fleets in battle. At worst they would be spotted, at worse they would be tractor beamed. At best they got away with only just a few gray hairs. The fact that a kid was in charge of navigation, and even if it was a dream come true, it was still daunting.

“It-... It might work. I...” A look went to check if Micah was around. He wasn’t. “What of brother? I am-... He’s-... It could have been me who did this.”

“It doesn’t feel right to make him leave like that. He should be part of this too.”

She let out a deep breath.

The course that Kaili had chosen, whether by luck of purpose took them passed one of the larger fleets. When she saw that her heart skipped a beat, but she knew there was a reason for it. A stern nodded shook her head, and she guided her way towards Felix.

“Felix.” Her voice was strong, stern, confident so that her sister wouldn't be afraid. “Take us here. That should allow you to jump to hyperspace.”

That was what they really needed after all, hyperspace. The battle within the system was still ongoing and Aela had no intention of sticking around. The pilot droid looked at Aela, then simply set the course for the Sicarius. It would take time to go through, and in that time Aela and Kaili would have to watch very carefully for anything that came near.

When Kaili spoke again she sighed.

There was a truth to her words. She shouldn't have yelled at Micah like that, she knew better. He had simply been trying to help, and although their personalities grated on one another, Aela knew that Micah had just been doing what he did best. “Okay. Go get him.”

Her voice sounded resigned, tense.

Before the soldier had went the entire way, he prematurely stopped his tackling efforts and rolled toward the sith who shot the tranquilizer. With brute strength, the heavy handed trooper named Rick, stabbed at him with his knife, thrusting the the blade forward as if to hit the ribs. It seemed their would be a change of plans, while thrusting he said " Here!" , this was directed toward his friend who stayed with him. As if to signal that the battle field had changed, it was one sith, versus two elite storm commandos. The battle was in his favor, who cared about the other two sith fleeing, this was the main threat. This cry baby of a sith, Galurom would make pay for the lives of his fellow brethren , he would show the sith, how real men fought.

"Brave."

They were the only words Ferus said as Rick came at him. Few would charge a Sith Lord without the assistance of the Force, or at least something like Bes'kar, and this trooper came at him with only a knife. As he fired his shot at his own apprentice, the Zabrak would slide himself backwards from the knife, though not enough. The blade bit into his side, leaving a gash of red to drip down his chest. If it wasn't for the songsteel underplating, it would of been much worse.

His spear, in a single hand, would suddenly spin around, the whole haft going to smack the side of the soldier as he turned from the deadly blade. The strength behind it would normally not be enough for any real damage, but the Zabrak had the force with him, and it fueled his raw hitting power beyond what was normal. A sickening grin would form on his face now. He was not alone, and Melori would certainly be enough to back him up.

Fleet Composition:
"I haven't seen much of the galaxy in my time but even I can still tell you're some kind of kid and I ain't that old yet either." Eyes flicking behind his helm to the crumbling ceiling and walls of the Palace that was Sith's attempt to block off the retreating soldiers escape, Oliver Calvarona did not take kindly to the lack of respect offered for his honor to fight the Sith. Was the bastard not satisfied with battling him he had to try and murder the already wearied soldiers as well? With a sigh the towering figure would sheathe his blade at his side as he turned and raised his hands, the force emanating from him as the crumbling palace stone suddenly was held aloft, though that was all. The man known as the King of Crina visably shook and trembled with the effort he was making to keep the rubble from crashing to the ground, preventing it all from crushing soldiers and blocking the route to safety for many. "You presume much, but you're about ten years too soon to cross swords with me, you lack real work as a warrior, you're more fit as a butcher than a soldier."

Not focused on combat, the King's eyes widened seeing the strike aiming its way for him. His armor would undoubtedly block it, but the force and momentum from the strike was not something he wished to be hit with while concentrating as much as he was for the wounded and those who did not have the heart to keep fighting to escape at least. Coward! Teeth grit expecting to have to maintain focus, the King of Crina watched as he was spared as the Royal Guards still supporting him at the rear stepped in front of him, their energy blade intercepting the Sith's lightsaber as they pushed against one another as a second guardsmen ran around from the side, sweeping their blade to strike at the Sith's ribs from the left.

The crinan soldiers energy shields flared as they carried the rear, exchanging fire with the Sith troopers. Their shots downed those exiting the Sith transports that made landfall past the Palace's flak defenses, and their armor gave them added protection against the Sith soldiers firing at them. Of course eventually some of the armor's shields faltered and the next few shots would down a soldier, but they fared much better than their Sith adversaries attempting to combat them. Superior infantry technology being Crina's specialty.

______________________________________________

Something the Sith at the Cosmina Academy would learn, along with the fact that the Practitioners of this world used unorthodox force techniques as a the gathering clouds in the sky finally came as one, and a large and terrifying thunderstrike would meet as one and flash atop one the AT-STs the Sith had at their forefront. It did not escape the attention of the soldiers watching the monitors that the shields for the academy went down as squads were sent to investigate and reactivate them. Guns ready as the teams in the area began to sweep the location and move to turn the generator back on.

_____________________________________________

Meanwhile in space Alva gripped the throttle of her TIE Seeker tightly as she put her fighter into a dive to chase after an enemy fighter in the Sith's elite squadron, her hand dancing over her instrument panel, toggling the safeties off her missile payload as she lined up her targeting computer until the tracking software locked onto the Sith fighter's signature. Once the beep of the lock was complete Alva pressed down on the panel for her payload's firing sequence and watched the exhaust trail of the exiting concussion missile as it screamed ahead of her unit and slammed into the rear compartment of the Sith craft, turning it into a fiery wreck as it tumbled through space and she pulled up her yoke to bring her own starfighter back around as the plea of one of her flight mates came in that a boogie had came on their tail. The dogfighting was getting intense now as the Remnant 181st Fighter Wing engaged the Sith Squadrons alongside the Crinan Interceptors fighting with the drive to defend their homeworld.

The new target passing her crosshairs met with green fire as Alva squeezed the triggers before it crossed ahead of her view outside the cockpit, the laser fire spewing from her TIE Seeker melting through its hull after shields failed from earlier combat seemingly since her attack found no resistance before the metal fell away leaving new debris on the battlefield. "We got our boys groundside leaving now everyone, all squadrons keep up the attack. Shockwave pull out and circle, target any bombers or units trying to leave the fray for the fleet. Kestral and Shadow report in on status."

The trooper reacted quickly, in order to slow the sith's strike, he immediately pulled his knife back to block the attack from his spear. In most cases he would have stopped the attack in its track, but with the momentum behind the force beings strike he could only redirect the blade toward his back. The strike left a gash, that started bleeding the moment the strike had occurred, this was not good. Not only did the attack sting, but the trooper had very little time left to take the sith down. The blood flow was growing less and less, so was his energy, he would have to choose carefully now. With a soldiers heart he ducked underneath the spear , and grabbed the sith's waist in an attempt to pick him up. He was lean, and mean, his muscular strength was unimaginable, he was of course a professional power lifter. He was in tip top shape to conduct this move, what was the point now? Why hold back? He was either way going to die, or get captured, why not put up a last ditch effort? If Rick was successful, he would slam this sith to the ground, hard.

‘Ever dance with the devil baby? Oh no
Make my day
Do you feel lucky? Oh no
Tomorrow’s another day

So be my Devil Angel
Be my shooting star
Be my Devil Angel
Be my shooting star

Bye bye Angel
Be my Devil.’

Sometimes when you come late to a party, all the best dancers were taken. That’s how Melori felt. So she covered Ferus’ back without getting in his way. One on two, now they were terrible odds. The troopers would need ten times that amount to put the Sith Lord down – but on the plus side, she could always learn a few moves.

One trooper seemed particularly brave, or fool-hardy, or plain suicidal. She was poised to act. If he managed to down the Sith, she would be in a position to strike. She was fresh, he was no doubt tired. And if she helped herself to his very life essence, well he’d be even more weary.

But where was the fun in that? Most if not all of the troopers lay dead or had fled. But some were standing and fighting. Others were clearly on their way to meet their maker. Which gave her an idea. Her saber was too obvious a choice and she had made a promise to Matsu to get some homework done.

So she scanned the courtyard for the trooper that was still alive but prone. In his state it was easy to connect to his mind. She followed the trail of pain back to his mind, drinking in the delicious emotion as she went, fuelling her actions. Once there it was a simple effort.

‘Traitors…traitors…your comrades betrayed you…they must pay the price. The Sith are here to save the King, help them…defend them…death to the troopers.’

She kept the contact light. He was weak but his trigger finger was working well enough. And she watched as the man systematically took out any remaining troopers one by one. None of them would expect it and when someone finally realised what was going on and ended the pawn’s life, she simply searched for a new puppet. All the while she kept an eye on Ferus. If he needed her, she’d be there.

"Ground units come in. Commander Temi this is…"

He stopped in his tracks.

A trooper was engaged with a warrior – Kyle raised his E11 and crouched down, wanting to remove his First Order helmet for a better view, but not wanting to lose his head in the process. His breathing was calm but hard, already he was at a loss just as to who he was fighting for. This was an Imperial push, for Commander Temi, wasn’t it? The Sith were here too – he didn’t serve the Sith, did he?

The swell of uncertainty hit him; the danger of war rearing its ugly head – which side of the war were you really on.

There was an amount of respect earned for those who could hold their own against Ferus. An amount that normally meant a quick, painless death. But to the Zabrak, Rick had shown so much promise as a soldier that he didn't want to waste something so valuable. As the man came in close, the red man opted for the most effective non lethal move he knew how to use. His free hand came back around swinging, aiming a single punch right for the side of the troopers head.

But this was not a normal punch. Fueled by the force, it would be more than enough to knock even a Wookie flat on their back. His voice would call out to the girl behind her as his strike went out, just in case he may fail. "This one is to become a prisoner. Kill the rest."

Captain Vonstrogg watched as multiple soldiers fell before him; some of his own creed, others of this Imperial Remnant that were like thorns in his side. Running for cover, the chrome-plated soldier had a thin layer of dust and ash settled upon his cloak and his helmet as he gunned down a couple of the Remnant's infantry. The consistent flurry of bolts struck them in the torso as their bodies slumped to the ground. Taking cover behind a rather wide tree trunk, Rovasus reloaded his T-21 with a fresh clip - only two left. Ammo wasn't too much of a concern since Captain Vonstrogg was a man who knew how to use his choice of weaponry to its full effectiveness.

Dashing out of cover, the Captain observed the corpses of the heretical Stormtroopers. These men... they fought and died for the cause of Imperial dominance. They were just like the soldiers he fought alongside in his past, and he murdered them without a second thought. Why did he fight for the Sith? Why was he murdering his own? Vonstrogg shook these thoughts and pressed onward towards the palace with One Sith forces falling in behind him.

However, even as much as the Captain fought these thoughts...he couldn't help but feel guilty for his actions.

But this was war - and a war must be won. Feelings didn't matter.

OCC: I hope you dont mind me extending the duel with this move.

Objective: Fight on

The sith flew a punch, a powerful one, however it was misplaced, the warrior at the right time had ducked under to grab the zabraks torso. He then lifted the sith up as he spoke, the blood loss was getting worse. It was getting harder to focus, even sluggish he was still able to lift the sith up, his strength was unimaginable, and his form in lifting his enemy up proved how well he was trained. The words of the sith were slurred, not only was he losing focus, and energy. But worst of all, he was losing his ability to keep his eyes open, and hear even remote noises, it was like the world was going mute on him. He pivoted his hips to toss the sith to the right, into a nearby pillar. He heaved the sith, letting go, throwing the sith back, how would his enemy counter? If the sith countered him, all the energy would be wasted, and he would no longer be able to finish the sith, but hold his ground till he fell unconscious. This was not going well for the trooper, he grew nervous but still fought the same, nothing held back.
