Designed by the Jadeite for the Arukirī who are an adcanved class of healers. Armored and equipped with the best in terms of advanced technology, training and force equipment that the jedi artisans and craftsmen can provide. The bacta grenade launcher is a technological piece for them... looking like a blaster but instead of causing harm it is made to heal people... by shooting them.... Someone had a sense of humor and wanted to play with the idea. Matsu approved it though and between their staff which was designed for more advanced force use.. this would serve as a backup piece in case of nullification fields taking away the force capabilities.
