Arcadian's a drifter, more comfortable on a ship than he is in a city. Prefers to keep to himself if it can be helped, distant enough to stay connected but not so close that you remember he was there.
Like the shifting grasslands of Uba IV, swaying to the whims of the plain-winds, Cade drifts through everchanging allegiances and alliances. He has a fondness for the League, but home is where the heart is, and his is prone to wander.
