A military operation on Teth was a good way to spend an evening, house Aquila ships, light tanks and four dozen foot soldiers had taken control of a Hutt Compound within one of the lesser cities on the Capital and were in the process of raiding the veritable treasury that lay deep within the belly of the hundred acre district. Stunned bodies lay around them in every direction, strapped to one another to await the Teth Authorities who would be called here when House Aquila had determined the location to be Safe... and taken their pick of the treasure from the museum below.
While the Teth government had claim to the objects and artifacts that had been taken, as Felix and his Troopers moved through the structure, clearing room by room and moving out the prostitutes and lesser known gangsters that slept there. Felix could feel something strange calling to him within the complex, "What do you think that is?" He would suppose to the disembodies specter who had deigned to follow him around... not answering in a way that he could hear, but the pearl of green on black witch fire that he could see in the reflections of shiny objects flickered in a wordless response. The first object they found was a rare crystal one that Felix had seen before, it didn't take long for him to snatch it and replace the synthetic kyber crystal in his saber with it. The Amanacer amber called to him... like a living star calling his name...
With flick of his blade his lighsabers blade danced with the same golden light as a sun.
But It was in the basement that Felix found it, an Amulet, carved with Sith runes and bestowed with a brilliant orange gem that held a core of black obsidian like a colossal eye. It resonated with the dark side of the force, as though it had been baked in it. Running over and picking up the crown jewel which fit into the palm of his hand, he would inspect it for... something that would help him identify it... to no avail. As he turned it however it seemed that a starmap had been engraved into its back, a partial system print which could likely be deciphered if it were to be run through a system... It was a shame he couldn't recognize it at a glance. however based on his lack of knowledge, it was likely a more common place depicted from a different angle to throw off hunters.
Pocketing the item he would turn on his heel, satisfied with the find he had located here, only to feel a looming pain in his forehead... something was wrong... there was a disturbance in the force like he hadn't felt in some time as his eyes would begin to resonate red. Futures that he'd seen and predicted scrambling, falling into chaos as though they were dying. The future itself beginning to warp into a state of chaotic uncertainty. Felix would clutch the side of his head, falling against a wall as he would wave for his men to fan out.
"Something is wrong... something is very wrong... and its coming here... We need to get out."
Nodding, and needing no more explanation, the troopers would turn to make a swift exit, moving up the stairs and into the open foyer which would expand into a beautiful courtyard. The evening sun shining though immaculate crystal windows and focusing on Felix as he would attempt to breath in a wave of solar warmth into his skin, his eyes brimming with the power of the sun filling the room, bouncing off glass exhibits and walls bathing him in sunlight.
It was an advantage, yes, but by the scale of what was coming... he felt like he could be standing on the surface of a sun, and it wouldn't make a shadow of a difference...
