Alea iacta est [First Order War Games] (One Sith and Sith Empire characters invited!)

OOC:
Alright, a post concerning the battles that will take place and some ground rules can be found here.

Also, if you are coming from a faction other than the First Order, you must bring your own ships, troops, starfighters, and weapons.

Secondly, no real damage will be caused, all damage except on the ground will be simulated with stunning rules in place on the ground. (Think of it as laser tag with star destroyers).

Space was as vast as ever, with trillions of stars and the planet of Xal 3 illuminating the darkness. Suddenly, a small fleet of starships came out of hyperspace, there was the Retribution-class Star Destroyer Reprisal flanked by two smaller Relentless-class Cruisers Tyrant and Accumulator. On the bridge of the Reprisal stood the captain, Tanomas Graf, who was quite disappointed.

"The other fleet captains should be here by now, including the infantry commanders...Either they're still on their way or the navigational coordinates we beamed were incorrect, nevertheless we'll wait for the time being..." Graf said in his thick Coruscanti accent.

The reason people were gathering near Xal 3 was exciting, the First Order was hosting war games, which were as their names meant, games of war. Ships would simulate damage to each other and be taken out of the fight when the computers dictated that their ship has been "damaged" enough, it allowed tactics and experience to grow without the imminent danger of a real battle.

Captain Graf had been one of the naval commanders who was arranging the whole thing, they coordinated with the army and even other factions like the One Sith and the Sith Empire, which were hopefully on their way as by the old saying "The more the merrier".

The One Sith Navy had -to put it bluntly- got their asses handed to them in Selkath. Well technically, it was the One Sith Inquisition, but people would still associate that with the One Sith Navy, something that Malos didn't like. After the reforms that had been enacted by [member="Cyrus Tregessar"], and other upper echelon members, it seemed that the Inquisition had destroyed the attempts by various officers to create a new image for the One Sith Navy, something that Malos never liked.

What the Pantoran Admiral didn't like however was the fact that they had to fight the Sith Empire. To him, they would always remain traitors, and worthless beings to the galaxy, beings that needed to be eradicated.

"Sir, do we really have to conduct the games, even if they are being hosted by the First Order."

"The galaxy must still be aware of the fact that the One Sith Navy still maintains a large amount of talented officers, despite our recent loss in Selkath." Malos quickly replied. The only benefit he so was the fact that the games would perhaps boost relations with the First Order. If it weren't for that, the Pantoran Admiral would not have been here.

"Send our transponders to the First Order in order to alert them that we are here." Malos stated. Being the first to arrive other than the First Order, the former Republic commander waited for the Sith Empire to bring in their ships.

Let the games begin.

Edwin had brought a V.T. Interceptor MK I with him, the prospect of meeting with the One Sith didn't particularly tickle his fancy. He was regarded with high spirits in the military before his defection, it would be nearly impossible for him to avoid anyone who could've known him in the Navy. It brought butterflies to his stomach, he was unsure how they might react towards him, how they might respond. Remembering how easily manipulated passions could be, Edwin forgot all prospects of fear. Hiding his affiliation to the force. Even if he was to engage someone this day, so be it. He won't go down a coward, no doubt plenty of men in the Navy were thinking of him like that. Defectors had always been seen as cowards no matter the reason, that kind of thinking disgusted Edwin. He was even planning of witty remarks himself, dismissing the thoughts as he understood how ineffective they could be.

Edwin grinned. Besides, he had the force. And he knew that they knew that. He hoped that was intimidation enough, considering his lack of a force offensive. Sure he was a one man army, not decorated enough to have men of his own. But Edwin was a crafty individual, using unorthodox methods. Shame he couldn't test them with teamwork, but it was just another problem less he would have to worry about. Besides, today, he wasn't the Sith Empire. Today, he is Itherael. An acolyte, sure, but a crafty one at that. He landed on the Star Destroyer, meeting with the other soldiers there, greeting them and letting them get back to work on the Hangar as he went himself to tend to his interceptor.
