With the existence of people such as Yao Ming and Shaq and given population size on a galactic scale, 7'4" 343 lbs is actually not unexpected or unprecedente



Of course being made of pure dunk also helps

Yao Ming is a stick, though. Someone this buff would likely need another 20-40 pounds, easily, and would have massive bone degeneration as his skeleton tried to support that much weight.

It wouldn't be amiss to add a calcium disease to the weakness list, either, if we're trying to use real world precedence as a guideline.
