The Spacepiress of Chaos

First I'm putting the Chicken in a brine solution where it'll remain until 2pm PST - at which point I'll pull it out and pat it dry before adding the tea based rub that'll go onto the chicken while it roasts.
The Brine solution is Black Tea (7 tea bags), 2 Cups Sugar, 1 Cup Salt
I added
2 Large Lemons (cut into quarters length wise)
1 Medium Onion (cut into quarters)
2 Garlic Cloves (halved)
Handful of Peppercorns
