Adventure Is Out There!

While in the process of finishing up my character-sheet I figured I would throw an idea out there and see if it got any traction.

Essentially I'm looking for an expedition type thread, focusing more on dialog and character development than combat. It would be something akin to Indiana Jones in sheer tone. A spelunky romp into uncharted regions. I'm looking for scholars, scientists, explorers, or anyone with a sense for adventure. Non-coms would be preferred, though having some combat prowess is fine. When a tough situation occurs I want people that will think first and shoot later, I should say.

For location, I'm open to ideas. I'll look around the map and do some Wookiepediaing for ideas.

I know exactly what you mean! An expedition type thread has always interested me. Even though Myles is a soldier for hire, he does fancy in regular adventure. I would be more than happy to join you for an adventure (or several in fact) if you are up for it!

Thanks for the responses! I'm up for RPing with all of you. We could do one big group thread together if that suits you, or individual threads if that would work better.

I figured we could skip the whole awkward introduction phase of the RP and skip right to the meat of it. Have our character already at their destination and knowing one another to a certain degree.
