- Man Stopper: The 9x39mm cartridge used for the pistol is known to be a particularly powerful round and this gives the pistol a high amount of stopping power

With the armor for the elite unit complete Noah began to work on the weaponry for the unit and the first piece he started on was the pistol for them. While Noah's original idea was to modify the already existing CP-01 produced by Hekler'Kok it was decided that it didn't having the stopping power desired. Because of this he decided to start from the ground up and create an entirely new weapon. The first thing that needed to be chosen was the cartridge to be used in the pistol and Noah immediately chose the 9x39 cartridge which was known for its high degree of stopping power.
After this was done Noah began on the materials choosing process. He chose the typical Titanium-Alusteel alloy for the slide and internal mechanism for its well known lightweight construction and durability. Quadanium Steel was chosen for the barrel for its marked increase in durability and in the hope its heavier construction would reduce recoil. The barrel was lined with Chromium to reduce wear and tear, the grip was made of Plastoid for its similiar qualities to the alloy and lastly the entire pistol was plated in CeramiCoat to reduce wear on the pistols exterior.
With this down Noah began sorting out the features that would be included in the pistol. The first thing was the almost obligatory ambidextrous controls in all Hekler'Kok produced weapons have. A threaded heavy barrel was added so the pistol could use various muzzle devices and reduce recoil. An accessory rail was included to allow the use of various underbarrel attachments. A flared magazine well allows for smoother and quicker reloads; the rear of the slide was serrated to allow for a better grip when racking the slide; lastly a pair of tritium night sights were added for better aiming in low light conditions.
