The world of Veradune was... interesting enough and the home where she was sleeping important... maybe. In truth the jedi master rarely left because things bored her... few things changed in a thousand years compared to just a handful. She woke up when a tap tap tap sound came... her black hair with silver streaks gleaming as it floated aaround her using the force like a cushion. She was floating always and rarely touched the ground when she looked at the bubble she was in. Her tri-colored eyes narrowing for a moment when her small chains went from her ears to her neck and wrists... then waist and ankles. The thin silk garments clinging but they were not skin tight both contouring and hiding her figure as she stopping floating and remained there... hovering in the air as the bubble she was in gleamed. Her delicate eyebrow rising up.

THen she waited as time seemed to crawl at a pace... these beings were short lived... they thought in small terms... in small thoughts. The being who was looking at her from the other side was old.. the wrinkled skin was there.. flab around the jowls as he was speaking and trying to demand from her something but she wasn't listening on the other side of the glass itself. Her hand didn't keep to come out as she remained there... she could pick up the thoughts and the man thought her immortal.. he wanted to know how she had managed to do it... and Tricia stayed there... then it cracked... the crack spreading for a moment when she got the grip of the man.... then was flying back and she spoke with the glass breaking away. "Can you have any idea what this has been like? Can you have any idea? Confined in a glass box for all these years."

She continued to walk forward as she was looking at him and her hand came out holding him down on the floor. Not violently.. she was keeping him there as a captive audience. "A human lifetime. Time moves no faster for my kind than it does for humanity, and in prison it crawled at a snail's pace. I was... I am... still me at least." She said it when she was looking at him and hovered over before extending her hands and the room erupted... she flew up and spoke looking down. "Ensure I do not encounter you again. A lifetime for you is a blink of an eye but grudges can last several generations." She said it and flew off towards the palace... coming through a window as she stretched her arms outwards but yawned. "Well that was.... different." She said it but remained there in one of the rooms.

It wasn't very often Jairdain wandered far from Commenor. Yet she felt like visiting her brother. Besides, if anything happened on the planet, the Alliance would take care of it. So she wasn't very concerned about leaving it for a while. Vulps had said she would always be welcome to visit any time she wanted. There were many things she was not familiar with, and one of them was a being she had never been told about. Probably more than one, but specifically not Tricia.

A voice came from behind her, saying something was different. Turning around, she was startled but not scared.

"What was that?"

The movement as she hovered above and ready came.. she saw someone there and looked down before she was moving with her body rotating before she moved on the walls. "Who are you?" She said it looking down but mostly was dismissive... she wasn't ignoring her but she was also not alarmed... more surprised. "Vulpesen usually shows up when I am awake.. something about tryng to prevent accidents and repair costs." She said it with a movement of her head when she stopped and walked off the wall itself to rotate and stand upside down looking at Jairdain in the air. Suspending herself but moving like it was a natural movement to step on air. "I am Tricia nic Cerelene Kalamack, vulpesen treats himself as my warden."

"I am Jairdain Ismet."

The voice came from above her, and she found that odd but didn't overreact. Not even looking up, she didn't need to. Being blind didn't help with her seeing whatever was there. The Force did, though, and it was confusing.

"Does my brother need to be around when you're awake?"

Sounded like their mother, but she could tell this being was not her.

"Nice to meet you, Tricia."

"He can be kind of a buzzkill... he doesn't seem to think things are funny and complains a lot... or grumbles." She said it with a look though as she remained there and checked on a lot of it. She moved a little more as she went around the room and stopped only looking at the woman for a moment.. she wasn't turning her head to follow her and she was using the force itself. She waved her hand back and forth in front of the woman's face while looking at her.... Hmmm she said to herself in her head while turning again and floating near her while she relaxed in the air. "Well it is nice to meet you... now just have to figure out why I was allowed to be kept in a jar for these years... I sleep to skip time because things are largely boring. My lifetime doesn't move faster then yours or theirs... I just usually am there when those I met as children pass away."

"When aren't siblings buzzkills?"

Lifting her eyebrows and tipping her head slightly, Jairdain shrugged and listened to what else this being had to say. Laughing a little, she obviously did not see the waving motion and thus did not react to it. As she didn't feel any threat from Tricia, she wasn't focusing on body movement.

"Maybe Vulps didn't know where you were? If you live here, maybe he thought you had wandered away and, as you've lived for so long, didn't think anything of it."

"Maybe, or he is old and forgot... the man has more grey hair then most and nothing worse then a force user who is forgetting he is a force user.... it is sad kind of to watch him get old." She tapped her chin with a look. "I might have to get him some prune juice... he might be needing it." She was resolved, the old man would need things... like some dentures and maybe some pudding.... lots of pudding. She remained there suspended in the air.. she would have to see about it or maybe learn more... Vulps brooding usually meant he was hold up somewhere away from people afterall and there was a real chance she would get bored and fall asleep. "I am going to need credits... lots of credits. We need to buy pudding and soft food for when he starts losing his teeth. Maybe freshener for the gas"

"Um, Ms. Tricia, he's not that old yet. Neither of us is. You know I was the older sister but then I went into the Netherworld and everybody aged up while I stayed that same. So now he's an older brother."

Shrugging, she laughed a little at what Tricia was planning.

"When he gets there, we'll take care of him. I had to do that for my first husband. His mind failed."

At the mention of credits, Jairdain wasn't worried about that.

"I have credits. Don't worry."

She looked at the woman while suspending herself there. "He acts older then me and I have been around for... ahhh what year is it?" She thought about it. "Around twenty seven thousand plus some more... might be twenty eight now given how long I was sleeping." She said it. "But you would think he was in my position with how much he acts like everything is serious... he got old before his time." She moved and remained there while she was sitting in the air now on the womans shoulder almost. Barely touching it but contemplating what could be done... as to the rest well we'll be able to figure out many more chances... his kids must be fully grown now... hmmm."

"It's 902, Tricia. I sometimes have to ask the same question. Have you managed to sleep that long, or are you not human?"

Generally, Jairdain was more diplomatic in questioning, but figured it wouldn't bother this other woman to say it that way. She was also curious. Blinking at what she was hearing, she didn't say anything or try to dispute what Tricia was thinking.

"Yes, his kids are fully grown. I still have one teenager, but we can have kids for quite a few years longer than a human can. I have another one on the way, even. I think he's only had two."

She shrugged. "I am a sephi though one touched by the force and I preserved myself a long time ago. It was not very interesting or climatic.... really kind of boring." She said it but looked around. "And I mean there isn't a lot of interesting things happening in the galaxy... sleeping kind of passes the time as the alternative is seeing you age, seeing you go from filled with life to feeble and weak and eventually being there when you pass... seeing it repeated a thousand times with people you know... it is... testing." She said it when she was looking at her but only moved there for the moment. As she had a sadder look on her face. "I just prefer to remember most of you when you are like this full of life... seeing Vulpesen all old, wrinkled and mumbling will be a sad day."

"I understand."

She almost said, "see," but that would have been entirely wrong as she was blind. It didn't matter, though, and Jairdain just listened to what was said. Lowering her brows, she disagreed with the other woman.

"How did you meet my brother?"

Tricia's words hit her a lot harder than she let on. She had already seen the death of her first husband and several friends. It was something she agreed with, though, and was tired of it.

"Maybe you can teach me how to sleep like that."

Speaking quietly, she drew in a breath before doing it again.

"Yes, well, he's not much older than me, so still quite full of life."

"Hmmm when i first met him. he was just a jedi knight and kind of a dork. He wanted to learn all of these different things and learned about his own species at the same time." She said it while tapping her chin. "THen a few years later he invited me to stay here on the world after Matsu helped him with the netherworld." She gave a nod of her head to that while remaining in the air so that she would be able to check it. "As to sleeping... well you might be able to but a hibernation trance for most other species can be tricky... you need to know how to sustain yourself on the force for long periods of time first." She was checking out more of it. "He was and might be though now he always seem busy or grouchy... likely cause of whichever government is claiming the planet this week or month being annoying."

"You mean he isn't a dork now? I remember when he did that initiative. A friend of ours helped him at the time. My duties on Commenor kept me away. That's been a while."

Now that it was mentioned, she had done such a meditation before. She had trusted her first husband to take care of her and their young family while she meditated and decided on her life choices. It probably wasn't something she would do again any time soon.

"In talking about that, I've done it once before. I meditated for a few months. Though that doesn't sound nearly as long as you can do."

Rolling her eyes at her comments on Vulps, she didn't think that was the case.

"He's rarely grumpy around me. Then again, I'd point it out to him and smack him around if needed."

She gave a nod of her head to that. Meditating for a few months was cute you could do it easily enough. "That is something akin. You might be able to do it for longer periods of time but you would have to know how to sustain yourself in the force as well.. to be able to not perish or lose your bodies mass." Moving around as she said it though the subject of Vulps was there and she had to agree with her... he was still the same in many ways just more round around the middle. "And perhaps he has always been like that only now his midsection is more rotund and hairs showing his age. He is lucky to have one such as you who can keep him in line."

"Yeah, I understand. That's why I had my husband take care of me and our children. He's dead now, and those children have grown up. One of them is also a mother. I wonder if she has thoughts like I did at her age."

Shrugging her shoulders, she fell silent and listened to what Tricia had to say.

"You want to talk about midsections growing? I'm pregnant again. It'll be growing soon. Luckily, I've been able to lose the pooch pretty quickly. Maybe we should design some sort of exercise regimen for him?"

Tapping a clawed finger on her chin, she started giving that some thought.

"We could... we should... we can." She debated shouting verbally and into the force for Vulpesen Vulpesen as she debated it... Just hanging there in the air with a small laugh on her face. 'But congratulations, and I'm sure your... whatever number one shall be healthy.' The words were a nervous compliment as she debated what else to say. The force sang out, a melody of both immense power and she could feel things were happening far off as she turned. She wasn't certain of what she was feeling... of sensing but her mind could feel it and a flicker of unease crossed her face. With a fluid motion, she flew towards the window as it opened. The air coming in as she could feel it with her eyes looking up. "Something is happening... the force it screams."

"Number seven."

Jairdain hadn't had an unhealthy baby yet, so she had that going for her. She had the feeling this one would be a boy, much like when she carried Marcus. Not giving voice to this, it didn't matter what she had as long as it was healthy.

"I should include an exercise regimen for myself as well. Nothing wrong with siblings working out together."

Drawing in a breath, she couldn't pick up on whatever it was Tricia was, but she followed her to the window.

"Can you tell what is happening?"

She remained there as she moved around and breathed in... and then outwards. her senses expanding as she went from the world... the apalce... the system... the sector. Her senses were expanding and following the echoes in the force.. the ripples as they formed coming strong... normally it was like a pebble in the water... this was more like throwing a boulder in a puddle. "Something has happened.. a shift." She could feel others but she was feeling them people themselves. Her breath coming out when she found it. "Corruscant is attacked." She could feel jedi fighting, people dying and there was more... she couldn't get specifics in most cases.

The draw of Coruscant never affected Jairdain. She had been there more than once and disliked it with a significant amount of passion. Hate wasn't something she felt, but her feelings for that planet were close. Her husband, though, liked it, and she supported him by allowing him to live there.

"Jax is there. Shit."

Jairdain stiffened, and her attitude clearly indicated that she wanted to leave. To go running off and keep her husband safe, but she held herself back. With this sudden attack, all she could hope for was his survival. Her first husband had died in battle; she didn't want her second to go the same way.

"Will my husband survive?"
