Cedric Grayson
Ashlan Kaiser
Where the Sith Empire was offered mercy, the Warlords of the Sith would receive none. Zealots and servants of dark gods, they stand in direct opposition to the tenets of the crusade. To let them continue to exist any longer would be an affront to the Ashla, and a show of hypocrisy on the Crusade's part.
From a strategic sense, letting the Warlords rot within their citadels was the wise decision. It was the pragmatic call, the general belief among the generalship being that the Warlords did not possess the means to be a legitimate threat to the Crusade in an offensive capacity. Digging out of their holes would, however, be quite costly. Nonetheless, the church and the Grandmaster of the Crusade are in agreement. If the Warlords are allowed to remain, it would only be a matter of time before they sought to attack the Crusade's flank whilst the armies of the Ashla are entrenched in battle with the Sith Empire.
Better to wipe away the threat now.
The Ashlan fleet makes for Ninn. Two faiths will clash, two pantheons pitted against one another in a fight for survival. Whosever's word is true will see victory.
