19 DEC 2013 - Board Maintenance

Dropped the board for a error that was reported by a little more than a handful of members. It arose at 7:25 PM, and again at 9:30 PM EST.

I looked into it, found nothing out of the ordinary. Both PHPAdmin and Invision Power Board's database checkers revealed no errors, though some had been logged from 7:25 - 9:30 timeframe regarded a table_index issue. The table_index table was fine upon checking.

Restarted Apache & MySQL services, cleared some overhead off the SQL server via PHPAdmin for preventative maintenance, restored the board to online functionality.
