GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Unit Name: Âhayont | Eyes of Strosius
  • Affiliation: Darth Strosius, Order of Wonosa
  • Classification: Sith Hand
  • Description: Draped in the dark robes of the Order of Wonosa and clad in heavy yet maneuverable armor the Âhayont stand as the most elite warriors of their faith. Wielding dual blades, either lightsabers or Sith swords, they move and attack with a swiftness and fluidity that can only be attributed to them acting in harmony with the Force itself. Each radiates the Dark Side in a shroud and cleaves all who cross them into pieces, such is the fate of all that would stand in the way of the Prophet of Bogan's very own Hands.
COMBAT INFORMATION:
  • Unit Size: Small
  • Unit Availability: Unique
  • Unit Experience: Elite
  • Equipment:
  • Combat Function: By and large the Âhayont act as singular commanders and duelists, either far in the rear of a warzone or in combat with the deadliest champions among their foes. Their strength lies not just in their martial prowess or commanding authority but rather with the skill and ferocity of a force of nature. To fight against one is to fight against a river, they will part and flow all around and through their foes without losing any pressure or giving any real ground. They perceive all things through the Force and allow it to direct them to victory.
  • Force Abilities (Force User Units Only): Force Sight, Telepathy, Inertia, Telekinesis, Force Lightning, Hatred, Shatterpoint
Strengths:
  • Eyes of Strosius: Being directly recruited from and existing as the pinnacle of the Clerics of Strosius, the Âhayont are the finest warriors that the Order of Wonosa has to offer. Not only are they all trained by Darth Strosius but each is also a veteran forged through years of combat and warfare. Additionally they boast further alchemical and sorcerous enhancements that make them exceptionally dangerous and allow them to move and fight in tune with the Force itself. Or rather, with all the strength and wicked grace of the Dark Side itself. Perhaps their most notable quality however is the spiritual binding with their Prophet, allowing Him to inhabit and control them directly via possession and use their form as if it were His own.
  • Reborn in Bogan: Each Âhayont is no mere Sith or trained soldier, rather they are all Sangnir sired by Darth Strosius, granting them incredible physical prowess and remarkable abilities. By and large, the Âhayont can react far faster than most anyone aside from other Force Sensitives and have strength enough to challenge even imposing species such as Wookies in unarmed combat whilst being agile and swift all in one deadly package. This is of course supplemented by their inherent regenerative capability, making most injuries short of grievous or fatal wounds a minor inconvenience and one taken easily enough in order to accomplish their mission.
Weaknesses:
  • Creatures of the Dark: Being not only Sangnir but heavily Sithspawned as well, the Âhayont boast several prominent weaknesses including incendiary weaponry and various Light Side aligned Force Abilities such as Force Light. Most of them couldn't even physically survive being within the influence of a Light Side Nexus and all of them will flinch and cower away from flame to some degree. Additionally Force Nullification will render them dazed and weakened, more so than most Force Sensitives by a wide margin.
  • The Zealot's Wrath: While being able to channel and be inhabited by their Prophet is a great honor and holy privilege, His influence on their being has had a rather noticeable lasting effect on many of the Âhayont. At times, and often in stark contrast to their personalities, they exhibit traits of anger and paranoia which are abundantly found within Darth Strosius Himself. This is typically to their own detriment as rather than acting alongside the Force as they are trained to do they can instead forge their own path forward in any given duel or battle, purely out of the desire to avenge some perceived grievance or slight rather than anything tactical or strategic.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Clerics of Strosius were a notable milestone of the Sithspawn experiments conducted by Darth Strosius and His Order of Wonosa. The Strosite Sangnir were resilient and powerful creatures which were honed into deadly weapons and symbols of pride for their entire Order to rally around. Yet as ever with Sith and their grand designs, they proved to not quite be enough. Darth Strosius simply couldn't rest on His admirable success, not when His own personal goals and ambitions kept slipping ever farther from His grasp. The Order of Wonosa readily embraced the Strosite Clerics and they performed their duties without question or hesitation but there was always a rather stark difference between an operation led by the Prophet Himself and one conducted by any other figure or authority within the Wonosan ranks.

Thus, inspired by Project Vicar's relative success and potential for greatness, Darth Strosius took His clerics one step further. A step that He would have condemned long ago as a sinful and unrighteous method but one which He had been driven to perform by His own pride and desperation. The most loyal and elite of the Clerics of Strosius would undergo another ritual and processing in a Sarcophagus of Rebirth, one which would bind them directly to the Prophet of Bogan through a connection forged in blood and the Dark Side. A piece of their very being would be sacrificed and become one with Darth Strosius, tethering them to Him permanently once they awoke from their second rebirth.

The Âhayont represent the final evolution of the Prophet of Bogan's incessant experimentation into the realm of Sithspawn and gifting the Force to the unblessed of the galaxy, powerful and masterful beings who were completely subservient to His will. Through their connection He can command them and hear their messages telepathically from almost anywhere in the galaxy regardless of the distance between them. Most importantly however, Darth Strosius can enter a meditative state and assume direct control over the body of an Âhayont to use them as He sees fit. This is an arrangement forged in loyalty and dedication but one which can never be undone or reneged on.

Only Darth Strosius Himself truly knows how many Âhayont there even are, as they are almost exclusively seen as sole individuals sent to oversee and direct the most important and dire of matters pertaining to the Order of Wonosa that He cannot attend Himself. Alone they are still masters of the battlefield and deadly warriors without peer, even without being controlled by their Prophet. One must imagine what such beings can accomplish whilst working in tandem against the same foe, and indeed one can only shudder to imagine if they could do so whilst all being controlled by Darth Strosius as seamlessly as He wields His own hands.
