The standing Order of the Sith, consolidated following the Sith Schism of 864ABY and the collapse of the Tenth Sith Empire. Where once the disparate Sith vied against each other for power and petty grievances they would be united and reforged into the modern incarnation of the Sith Order by clever politicking and pure Imperial might.
The Sith Order stands now as a beacon for Sith across the galaxy - to convene and collaborate in the destruction of those that would oppose Sith dominion spreading to encompass every world and sector. Their foes are many, of all stripe and banner, yet perhaps the Sith's greatest threat in time shall prove to be their own ambition. For every Sith seeks to rise or to secure their already arisen place fervently, whether these personal goals will overrule the need for unity and cooperation remains to be seen.
Even now in the ordered and civil politics of the Sith Order there is no peace nor rest to be found, each matter brought before their expansive Assembly or declared by the Throne proves an opportunity for greatness and treachery in equal measure. Take control of a Legion at the Assembly's behest, conquer a world and declare yourself its Lord, and play politics with Sith who look to betray you as much as gain from you. There is nothing stopping your rise from Acolyte to Emperor but your own ambition, intelligence, and commitment.
