| In accordance with the internal regulations of the Confederacy of Independent Systems - and those of the greater Galactic Community as a whole - for the purpose of establishing permissions for the acquisition, certification, and utilization of products and goods manufactured by Von Sorenn Industries, for the sole purpose of their use by and for the denizens of the Confederacy of Independent Systems - this End Use Certificate - establishes the rights and permissions of Von Sorenn Industries as they are extended to individuals within, affiliated with, or otherwise wholly representing the Confederacy of Independent Systems to utilize those goods and services of Von Sorenn Industries and their subsidiaries that are otherwise closed to external entities and Inter-Planetary Governments. This End Use Certificate also certifies that the holder of this certificate will not re-export the goods in question to a third party entity, vendor, or Planetary Government outside of the Confederacy of Independent Systems - or those entities that are not permitted the explicit permissions to utilize the goods and services of Von Sorenn Industries and its Subsidiaries - with the blatant disregard or refusal of this certification immediately revoking the permissions of that individual or entity in violation of this certificate, from the future purchases, acquisitions, or otherwise use and permissions entailed above - of Von Sorenn Industries and its Subsidiaries, goods and services. |
