The sky was filled with a warm golden glow as the day stretched into evening. The setting sun created brilliant shimmers of light across parts of the city’s polished skyline. Lines of repulsor craft raced between the skyscrapers like rows of busy dark ants in the air. However, Ko saw none of it. Since the loss of his eyes his world had become both so much smaller and yet grandly abyssal at the same time. Especially in a world like Coruscant. A strange paradox in his mind.

The newly minted Jedi knight simply stood outside in the garden that Corazona von Ascania and himself had cultivated together at the NJO temple. Taking a bit of a break from helping to usher things from the temple. With dark forces at their doorstep now, it wasn’t really a safe location anymore. Ko wasn’t really sure what that meant for his sprouting plant friends here in the garden.

Back in his homeworld there was a holiday largely about environmental welfare that happened about a month ago. Having developed during a surge in environmental activism on Dorin from the aftermath of a great natural disaster. The direct translation from basic called it “Dirt Day” which wasn’t nearly as flattering as it was in his native language.

But in the spirit of “Dirt Day” Ko felt inclined to make sure that the plants he and his friend had started to grow here wouldn’t be overlooked now during such uncertain times. Ko had a place in mind as well to keep them in the meantime. Part of him wondered if he could get the vonnuvi herdship, possibly to look after them as well. But for now all that he wanted to ensure is that they’ll be safe from violence that was sure to arrive.

Not too dissimilar to how Ko was away for a while on his homeworld after it joined under the Galactic Alliance, Cora was away on her homeworld respectively as well. Busy with reconstructive efforts after the Mandalorian conflict there.

Behind Ko there was a simple repulsor sled hovering off the ground. With various pots and tools. With a gentle extension of his clawed hand, his force energy dug some into the garden soil around one of the plants. Carefully hoisting it up telekinetically before placing it into a pot as a neat and complete package. It wouldn’t be that difficult for the former farm boy to safely get all the plants securely potted.
