What is the project codenamed "Twilight of the Gods"?
Twilight of the Gods is definitely the Eternal Empire's biggest undertaking since the faction became a Major Faction. And we mostly built this story together with the Ashlan Crusade faction. In short, "Twilight of the Gods" means Annihilation of Panatha.
Why Panatha?
The faction has countless reasons for doing this, details will be read below.
How long has it been planned?
Actually, it first came up almost a year ago as a joke, but as the story progressed and we learned more and more things from the events of SGHW, it became clear that we were getting to the point where it would really happen.
Why didn't it get as much publicity as Tython?
For one thing, Eternal Empire and Ashlan Crusade are much smaller than Maw and GA respectively. On the other hand, we didn't want the players' attention to be divided and to steal the main role from them. After all, the Maw is the protagonist of SGHW. So we decided to organize quietly and Panatha is not that important than Tython.
When does it start?
It will start in the middle of August (presumably Monday, August 15th), since summer is always slow on the forum, vacations, the start of school and the like. By the middle of August, hopefully as many people as possible will have more time, and hopefully it will be a great little thread.
Goals?
Telling great stories to keep everyone entertained. We are not trying to reach Tython's popularity, it is unsurpassed and unachievable. And of course, the goal is for Twilight of the Gods narrative to come to an end.

What is the story so far?
It all started when Tacitus made a promise during his reign that Panatha could remain as an independent state even if it became part of the Eternal Empire. Although Tacitus turned against the Sith Empire, Ingrid remained there as a double agent. The Crimson Empress played a dangerous game, making peace with the Sith Empire and continuing to support them while every other state and empire sought to destroy them.
The Eternal Empire wanted to use the Sith as puppets against the Bryn'adûl, but eventually on the planet Ziost, thanks to Cedric Grayson, the Eternal Empire pulled out of the war and the Sith Empire was defeated. However, Panatha remained independent and continued to maintain its sovereignty. And the Eternal Empire was able to start regaining the trust of the other factions, with the help of the Ashlan Crusade.
The beginning of the relationship between the two factions did not go well, as Cedric used the Eternal Empire and attacked the planet to lure Carnifex-Demiurge out of hiding. The plan worked, so much so that even Darth Prazutis showed up and Ingrid had to make drastic decisions to protect Cedric and her friend Kahlil Noble. The consequence was that Carnifex wanted to kill her too.
This was the point when the former alliance and then neutrality completely broke down and the Eternal Empire became openly anti-Sith. A war broke out between the Eternal Empire and the Sith remnants and the Kaniate. And the people of Panatha turned against the Eternal Empire when the Crimson Empress exiled Prazutis and Carnifex from the planet; i.e. the gods of the locals.
Later, the Eternal Empire formed an alliance with the Ashlan Crusade on the planet Ziost and their Eternal Crusade campaign against the Sith and Maw was established. This contract is still in effect today.
Not long after, despite open Sith hostility and war, the Mandalorian Enclave also attacked Panatha, killing millions, if not billions, in the destruction wrought by the Mandalorians. Among other things, the entire capital was destroyed and turned into glass. The Eternal Empire was actually afraid of further attacks after this, although this has not happened to date.
During the attack, the Eternal Empire captured Carnifex, then in Ession he was brought to court, from which he eventually escaped. Meanwhile, the five planets of the Pacanth Reach continued to rebel. While in the north the Maw attacked the Galactic Alliance with renewed vigor, in the south a new figure appeared, a highly influential Hutt who controlled the underworld of the southern regions.
The Eternal Empire came into conflict with him numerous times, during which it was revealed that this Hutt, Pralva, had relations with Panatha, where the Sith returned and began to rebuild their empire. The rebellion and disobedience of the Pacanth Reach remained unabated and continued attacks against the Eternal Imperial forces stationed there. And the skirmishes and resistance have become much stronger since the death of
Darth Solipsis
, that is, since the Maw has a new leader.
Who was Darth Mori. It's no secret to Eternal Empire intelligence that the woman is a Zambrano, so the Eternal Empire and the Ashlan Crusade have come to the conclusion that the Maw is probably involved in the events and Mori wants her family's planet. And this prompted the two empires to act more forcefully in the area of the Pacanth Reach. What is left of the narrative that will eventually lead to the Annihilation?
There is one more thread left, and due to its conclusion, there is no other option than the annihilation. For now, I don't want to spoil what will happen, because I don't want to spoil the climax before the big finale for those who participate in the Junction. I hope you will understand this.
Is it possible to know which factions will be there or join?
Eternal Empire, Ashlan Crusade, Maw – for sure.
The Empire, Galactic Alliance and Mandalorian Enclave and they indicated months earlier that they were also interested, so they will most likely be there too.
OOC thread and objectives when?
It is still necessary to discuss with the other major factions what kind of story they want here. Once we have that, after. Presumably in July so that everyone can prepare for the thread’s start.
